Absolutely love the place. Ended up buying an engraved coaster set for my daughter for her new apartment. They turned out great. Update. Drove back for more personalized gifts. Everyone was very helpful and our gift turned out perfectly. Had some awesome Christmas ornaments.

This is a very nice Hallmark Store. Right downtown Lincoln on the square. It is always well stocked and the employees are always nice and helpful but not pushy. I highly recommend this Hallmark Store.

I visited the store with my little sister to kill some time and the service was horrible. We were followed the whole time, was watched from across the store, and was asked maybe once if we had needed help. Was asked at the very end where the necklace I had picked up was, while I was paying for things I had bought souly on the fact that I wanted them to know we weren't stealing. I felt judged and will not be returning.

Very big store. We came from Decatur to get our Hallmark ornaments we have got since 1983. It's a shame we have to travel so far to get them. But unfortunately it seems a lot of the stores are shutting down.
