On three different occasions I went through the drive-through and was told they’re out of something I wanted to order. Out of shells for Mexican pizza at 10 AM out of breakfast because the person before ordered 16 items. That’s unacceptable and on another occasion once again, they were out of whatever I tried to order. I could understand if this store was anywhere else, but this is Loveland. We pay a lot of money to live here and to have conveniences. I have 15 years management experience. If you need help, please extend an offer.

i walked into the restaurant to order because I don't really like drive thrus it was a little late but not crazy late maybe 8:30pm and there's no one really there to take my order after a few minutes someone comes out from the back and just says "kiosk only" so I have to put in my order in this weird kiosk instead of just telling the worker what I want. seems pointless to me.

I ordered the $5 box from the app, grilled cheese burrito, and a couple chicken chipotle burritos. Everything was super old and nothing had the sauces it come with on it. I am in labor and delivery and was allowed to eat and this literally made me sick just from some bites. I 100% do not recommend. Look at the beans in the 5 layer burrito. It’s old and dry. Not the nation the shells flaked off from how stale it was.

The lady at the counter was so sweet! She helped me with the stupid app, helped me order and pay, and made sure they got our order right. I wish our neighborhood Bell was as customer friendly and conscience.

Man…. So far just not good experiences lol. First one was that they were out of a staple item for me which I mean I get but definitely a let down. But the second time man? I got the munchies, late night, you know how it is. Search up Taco Bell’s open near me This location comes up so I’m like cool let’s go So I go and pull up to the speaker and then I hear… “we closed at 1” huh? Google says 2 Apple Maps says 2 The legit Taco Bell website says 2 So confused But yeah a heads up to those who also get those late night munchies

I ordered a black bean Crunchwrap supreme, it didn’t have any black beans on it. They totally missed a step, then when I called to tell them, the phone keeps ringing and ringing and dies. You can’t even get ahold of them when your order is wrong.

2022 June I'm hoping you're NOT reading this review because you're unfamiliar with Taco Bell food in general. That's a Wikipedia article with it's own drama. This is merely a review of the service provided by a single location. This Loveland Ohio Taco Bell location has done a pretty good job. My orders have been correct, well portioned, and assembled in the form you would expect (tacos in a folded over shape, burritos wrapped with the fillings inside... etc). Hey, at another location I won't mention, we occasionally got a bag of ingredients that we would have to try to assemble our own. The employees have been pretty good as well. On our last visit we were told BEFORE we picked up our order that they were out of something and were offered a substitution. I call that five star service at any fast food place! The location is a little difficult to get into/ out of when you have to cross traffic on Loveland-Maderia road, but there's a light at Cottonwood that will give you access to the back entrance of the parking area.

The dining room was closed(8:00 when we were there). We decided to do the drive thru and eat in the car. The food we had tonight was the hottest we have had from there. Tasty tasty every so often ! 😁

I ordered online.. when I arrived I was told to give them a minute. Which is fine I understand they were probably short staffed, but I sat at the menu for 10 minutes before I could tell them I ordered online. After I got my food I was walking back into work and the bottom of my bag busted open... apparently they put my Taco in my bag without a wrapper.. they just dropped it in there and the meat juice soaked the bag so my food hit the ground. Absolutely ridiculous

I would like for 1 time that I go they get my order correct. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FOOD BEFORE YOU PULL OFF FROM THE DRIVE THRU! I called to let them know my order is wrong and they could care less and said I ordered a certain # when I know for a fact what I ordered and SAW IT CORRECT on the screen! Plus the order they ended up giving me the burrito has a huge whole on the front of it and the HARD SHELL taco is broken! To say im upset 😡 is not even the half!!!!! Guess I shouldn't expect more from Taco Bell
