I used to love this Wendy's but it seems lately every time I go now they tell you to hold for 10 minutes or more before you even can put your oreder in then I go to the first window as she said to to pay and there is a sign that says next window please so I go there and she acts like I messed up at the pick up window... The person is rude today I dealt with a very unprofessional women. I always spend 30-60 dollars every visit but I'm done with this Wendy's I'll go elsewhere. I understand that they could be under staffed but then as I got to the window she shut it on me and there are at minimum 4 people standing around so are they under staffed or unprofessional?

Best new breakfast fast food. Tried the baconator breakfast combo. Sandwich and potato wedges delish.

The drive thru team was amazing during lunch time when I visited 5/31/2022..The lady on the microphone needs raise because I have never had anyone in fast-food speak to me the way she did( so respectful and caring) and the food was as fresh and delightful as her voice:).GREAT JOB💪🏽💪🏽

Out of frosties and they're open til midnight!! I was so disappointed. They're turning into McDonald's with their shake and ice cream machine never working! Smh

Me and my child dined in. Food was nice and hot, came out fast and the lady behind the counter was very nice gave my kid a Wendy's toy without my kid even getting a kids meal. They gave me my frosty for free which was so nice because money is tight. Very nice clean Wendy's and great experience.

Went through the drive thru tonight. 5 cars in front of us and we waited at least 25-30 minutes. Curiosity was the reason for the last 15 minutes. Just truly amazing how long it took for us to get waited on.

The food is Wendy's food point blank. Only three stars as they forgot my chili for two taco salad orders. Went back and this lady was just standing by the counter yelling at the poor staff that was busy. The lady finally got my chili herself but not the correct size for my order.

I have one thing to say. Employees in fast food restaurants, it would be greatly appreciated if there was no attitude given because I or anyone else requested HOT FOOD. To bag half of an order then sit the bag on the counter awaiting the rest of the order is not a smart move. Of course my partially bagged food is cold at this point. There was, and I counted, a 15min time lapse..because it was asked for hot fries to go with a fresh hot sandwich was a fault of the customer? I think not. Ill accept getting my food last, after ordering first.and even having to go home and reheat my partially warm foods. BUT!!! what I shouldn't have to accept is a customer service attitude for an employee when I was polite and courteous. I wonder how many of them Employees would react if the shoe was on the other foot.. just curious. I WISH I WOULD HAVE GOTTEN THE YOUNG MAN'S NAME THAT OFFERED TO HELP ME GET MY ORDER INSTEAD OF GOING ON A BREAK!!! THANK YOU YOUNG MAN FOR YOUR EFFORTS. (He was a white male) THAT IS WHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ALL ABOUT.
