Jeffrey was the worst worker I've ever had to deal with. He didn't give me the sub I asked for and when I pointed it out, he laughed and continued to make the sub. Then he charged me for 37 cookies and I didn't even order them. I still paid because I didn't want to make a scene.

I love this place all the people that work here are fast, polite and knowledgable. They always have fresh veggies and will go above and beyond for their customers. Always smiling and always willing to help. It's always clean and they have a large sitting area so you can social distance as you eat the amazingly fresh food. Did you know this location has velvet icecream as well. Plus it convienantly located right in the square of little old Somerset. So do some shopping at the gypsie Hawaii and stop by subway for a great lunch.

Lady that made my sub was too sick to be at work. When she took a breath you could here the spores exiting her mouth landing on my sub. Yummy . Looked all over store for paper towel for my son ask lady that worked there for one. She replied, "I put some on your tray." We had six people she gave us three napkins on our tray. When she finally could tell I wasn't happy she offered to stop making a man's sandwich and give me one. Like I was killing her. Never going to this Subway aging can't even put napkins out there so cheep.

I love subway, I eat there often not this particular one but surrounding ones. every time I go in to this one I feel like I get robbed.. it's always clean for the most part the employees are nice an all but, they seam like they get trained to put as less meat as possible on their subs. LIKE 2 pieces of bacon on a bacon sub. an when you ask for extra bacon you get a whole 4 pieces of bacon totaling. like thanks I could of ate just a bun at home. an saved my self 6 bucks..

Needs to shape up and get more people on the sandwich line. I always order the same subs every time I go to a Subway. At the Somerset location, my sub wasn't good and didn't seem fresh. Apparently they get customers subs mixed up at the register. I saw some young guy all dressed up take off running down the street to catch one of his mates who had inadvertently walked out the door with the wrong sub. I wouldn't want a sandwich that had been chased down the street in the heat of summer. I can only hope they got a new one. I don't think I'll stop here again. Slow and questionable freshness. Not good.

Walked in tonight *almost* The girl working looked at me as I was opening the door, rolled her eyes, and said F@$K. It was 7:20pm so it’s not like she was trying to close. Immediately walked away to take my business to Taco Bell. I live in Somerset but I will drive to new lex next time.

Clean, and this one offers soup and ice cream, which I haven't seen at other Subways in this area. They have a separate room with a television for indoor dining. Parking can be difficult in Somerset if you visit at a busy time of the day, as spaces are limited around the square.
