The employees here are so nice and the food is spot on. Best subway in the area.

The sandwich artists are very good, however seemingly inexperienced. The bathrooms were fairly clean. The biggest downfall was that they were out of stock on many of the items offered with the kids meals (applesauce, apples,apple juice, etc.).

Today my sister decided to come visit me. She wanted to do something nice by picking up lunch so she ordered online for pickup. When she arrived here at my place she found out the order was wrong. Before leaving the restaurant she questioned the man to make sure the cookies, chips, and drink were in the bag. He rudely told her to check because he didn't want to hear her complain later. She didn't know she needed to make sure he actually made the sandwiches the way they were ordered. Now my family understands why I tell them not to go here. Forget about new items. They need to get better people to work for them.

The past few times I’ve ordered something was always wrong. I just made a pick up order today and my mother’s salad was wrong they didn’t read the special instructions at all so I called because I did a no contact pick up and they didn’t answer either of the four times I called so I had to take my son in just for them to tell me they also don’t do chopped salads anymore? But also was missing most of what I asked for so it got remade they just wouldn’t chop it for me and I previously worked for subways before and that should still be an option all it’s just putting it in the bowl and chopping it. They’re also lacking amount of meat and veggies that normally used to go on subs now it’s just overly priced for less food. I don’t know if it’s how they was trained now or what.

No masks on employees at this location. No respect for their patrons. My son has accute asthma and he was wearing a mask!

Was really good. Just wish they were as scared of the Italian dressing they put on my sub as they were of the black olives. I guess it's true what they say your submaker will always skimp on the items they don't like themselves but if I ask for it I should get it.

It's ok. Staff has difficulty hearing/taking orders. We asked for one sandwich and was given another. When we saw them put the wrong things in the sandwich, we told them what we ordered. They argued back and said that's not what we ordered. Oh well. A sandwich is a sandwich. Next time if we come back, we'll ask the staff to repeat our order back to us for confirmation. So be careful when ordering more than one sandwich at a time.

I'm upset about the small amount of toppings that they put on my footlong cold cut. They charged me 80 cents extra for 2 pieces of American cheese which I told them that they didn't add enough cheese to begin with. I'll drive into the Heath, Ohio to a subway before ever eating at their location 😠😠

Jen is literally the best! I go out of my way to go to this location JUST so I can see and talk to her! She is truly awesome. You start your day off right if you start it with Jen! I could be having the worst morning and when I walk into the store and see her, my day instantly gets better. Jen cares about you, she asks how you’re doing and she actually cares about your answer. She listens and she is sincere. She keeps the store really clean, and let me tell you what she makes THE BEST subs I’ve ever tasted! She helped me register my subway card and she is SO patient and kind. She really has excellent customer service skills and subway is honestly LUCKY to have her as an employee. Thank you Jen for being such an awesome, kind and caring human being! If there were more people like you, the world would be a better place.

Nice average change shop. It’s everything I’ve come to expect in a subway the food was good the place was a little small. The pace of the staff was a little bit slow made me feel like I was down south like in Memphis or the Carolinas , nobody was in a big rush. With that being said they were extremely polite and courteous and helpful. Restrooms were clean the parking lot seemed well-maintained and taken care of. Overall it was a genuinely nice experience
