I have had good experiences at this bank. Once I was helped by a very dedicated employee. She is the daughter of Mexican immigrants and she shared her story with me and I felt honored to have met her. She was so kind and explained things to me so that I knew what was happening with my account etc.

I needed a direct deposit form to receive my inheritance life insurance money and the incompetent lady at customer assistance as you walk in, said wells fargo didn't do that to protect my privacy. I said I guess I would go to my other bank and she said "guess you need to" Most redicilous thing I've ever heard. Guess with all the lawsuits against them, they still have plenty of money and didn't want mine. Their loss

Building is not user friendly, parking is very limited due to people parking in it from the pub across the street especially at night. 50 percent of the time you can't park at night to use the atm and they have no drive up atm.
