I've always loved Edible Arrangements as a company and I've ordered from them in the past, though I've recently ordered from the location on Centerbrook Ln in Sullolk, VA to pick up Birthday trays My Brother purchased for Me. He ordered delivery for My Special Birthday. Thanks so very much because I have experienced The Best Customer Service, the Best Delivery and The Best Professionalism in a Business I've experienced in a very long time. Management and Owners (Current) Have Gone above and Beyond Expectation To deliver My Birthday Gifts to The Main - Hilton In Norfolk, VA, On My Birthday Morning On Time as Agreed! Thank You Jess, for patiently waiting on My brother who walked to get the trays. You were Committed and Understanding. I look forward to Our next Orders. Thank You Patels' & Staff . Save yourself! Do not order from this store. The most frustrating experience and customer service is not a priority. I ordered a fruit arrangement, balloon, and cheese cake bites for my boyfriends birthday. The balloon was not delivered. I called the Suffolk store and got a refund for the balloon. My boyfriend happened to send me the footage from his Ring camera of the delivery and the cheese cake bite was messed up during delivery. The driver even says that on the video. However, when I called the store a second time to address that issue, the driver said only a strawberry fell off (untrue) and I was told I would need to speak to a manager who would call me later in the day to resolve the matter. No one called me! When I spoke to corp that same day they submitted a request for me to be refunded but was told it had to be approved by the store owner. The following day, I spoke to the store manager (which I later found out was the delivery driver). I was told the store owner would call me to discuss the issue. Again, no one called me! I called corp again...they told me I had to sort it out directly with the store. I've called the store owner three times now and she has done nothing! As a customer, being lied to about the situation and then having to follow up several times with the store that messed up your order is incredibly unreasonable. Again, save yourself the hassle.

I was eager to purchase a loved one a fruit bouquet for our anniversary, and when I got there, I was greeted with such warm hospitality. They also offered me a great deal and I got the arrangement for a good price. Apparently, they are under new management and I have to say that the management is absolutely doing amazing!!! I will definitely be back and can't wait!!!!

They have new management and its now a family-ran business.. the customer service was great and these cheesecakes are AMAZING! She also gave me a bunch of good coupons for discounts 😊

Not one to normally provide public feedback but just had dealt with absolute worse customer service from this location. Tried multiple times to contact store + driver who left me a voicemail. When I finally got a hold of the store, Jenny answered the phone by immediately putting me on hold… no hello, thanks for calling, etc. Completely she was complete rude + unaccommodating. Active-duty Military service member here, stationed overseas, trying to ensure my dad’s birthday gift was delivered on his actual birthday. Was told same-day service not a guarantee (false advertisement). And with nearly 2 hours left of the store being open was told by Jenny there was nothing to be done to get my fathers gift delivered on his actual birthday. She also said No manager was on duty and would not provide me store manager contact info. Instead she told me to call me and she would not answer and eventually I would be transferred to corporate. Corporate couldn’t even get a hold of the store to rectify the situation. Will never order from this location again.

Ordered chocolate for my anniversary. Not delivered. Suffolk, Va store has no record of order, say they do not deliver here. But they have previously, I found the receipt, plus there is no other Suffolk, Va store. Called corporate, very nice, they said “it was coming via FedEx tomorrow from a different store, and it hadn’t shipped yet”??? Today was my anniversary. No email about order or anything. They messed up a previous order, so no more. Canceled order, and will never order again!
