Don't go to this location if you need to order parts or need a repair. I ordered replacement lenses for my sunglasses and was told it would take up to 3 weeks because the lenses came directly from Italy. Fast forward over 6 weeks later and I still haven't received the lenses. Called multiple times and kept being met with excuses. Submitted a ticket through customer service who said I would hear back within 5 business days and nobody ever contacted me. Needless to say, I'll never shop at a Sunglass Hut again.

Upon entering the main level store we were not greeted by a salesperson. Instead, the gentleman just stared at us and never engaged along with the security guard. My friend realized there were additional styles in the drawer so he opened the drawer to try on other glasses. The security guard aggressively shoved the drawer shut as if we were children. I strongly believe we were being racially profiled. We are all VERY successful with the financial means to purchase WHATEVER we want in that mall and I mean WHATEVER! It is ridiculous for innocent people to be treated as criminals. Our only intention was to make an honest purchase. It’s disgraceful and I don’t recommend people of color ESPECIALLY BLACK MEN.. SHOP HERE!!!!!!!!!! (This happened 12/18/2021 @ approx 6:40)

The team at the Pentagon City locations are wonderful - helpful, thoughtful, diligent and caring. I’ve gotten at least 5 pairs of glasses there over many years and have been very happy with their level of service - definitely above and beyond.

They have a huge selection of sunglasses for a small location. The customer service was phenomenal, very helpful, very knowledgeable on the products. I am a very satisfied customer. I will highly recommend this store if you are interested in high quality sunglasses for a great price.

i work at the upstairs facility just above this store. as apart of our procedure leaving out M-level lobby it is our responsibility to ensure that the doors secure properly. while doing so, I don't know if its the culture of this location to be ignorant but i crossed paths with this african american employee (Saiti) who was going through their side entrance to their store (i wasn't paying her any attention at all) began yelling and being disrespectful out of her mouth making the assumption that i was watching her. I was interested in purchasing glasses from this store but after this behavior? i rather not. I will be speaking to the manager about (saiti) the woman with this nasty attitude. this is exactly why we have issues in this society. this store received a one star from me because this isn't the first time i had this encounter with this employee but i decided to give the benefit of the doubt and leave it be. if you wish to hire people who display this type of behavior i will report it everytime. i hope nobody else experience this behavior.

Picked up my first quality sunglasses in a long time. Ray Bans, polarized. They had a few discounted versions (mine was one). Cost $150 or so. They're great!

I had an issue with a pair of sunglasses I purchased at the Macy's location. After speaking to the Regional Manager I was able to get them exchanged at this location. I appreciate the willingness of the staff to work with me to make this happen. This staff was great.

You probably won’t get the best price possible here but the customer service is phenomenal and they have a huge selection for such a small place. Bought my last pair here, will come back!
