Best sunglasses store in Arlington, Virginia (VA) 2024

I don't usually post reviews but this is my second time coming to this Express my first experience was horrible, but this time was awesome. I'm not a fashion forward guy by any means, but Arturo helped me feel confident with the suit I brought and they didn't have my size at the store he helped me order the remaining shirts and pants online from the register. I can't wait to come back and I hope my next sales representative will be half as good as Arturo. ~Ronnie

Don't go to this location if you need to order parts or need a repair. I ordered replacement lenses for my sunglasses and was told it would take up to 3 weeks because the lenses came directly from Italy. Fast forward over 6 weeks later and I still haven't received the lenses. Called multiple times and kept being met with excuses. Submitted a ticket through customer service who said I would hear back within 5 business days and nobody ever contacted me. Needless to say, I'll never shop at a Sunglass Hut again. ~Henry
