I wish I could give this store a ZERO!!! The manager Tim & Jose are COMPLETE LIARS!!!! First, lie was they said you will not have a first month bill which was a complete lie they bill you a month in advance which means you still will have a bill. Second they told me my bill would be a certain amount which was LIE #2. I had 6 lines they were billing me for 12 lines and then LIED again and said this error was coming from their higher office (LIE)… They also signed me up for the highest plan after I told them I wanted the essential plan.Which caused my bill to double. They said someone would contact me in regards to my bill and that didn’t happen either. I had to call myself and get this mess cleared up!

Absolutely horrible location. Was lied to and told I had to go to completely other store when I was easily able to walk to another T-Mobile and get problem solve and was told they were lying. Employees lied straight to my face and then when tried to get in touch with manager just took my information and then promptly deleted a second later. Stay away from this T-Mobile near Apple! Go to the one near JCPenny they will treat you SO MUCH BETTER!

The customer service here is up and beyond amazing. Martez took more than care of me. This guy goes over and beyond to not only do his job, but he actually tries to help you solve your problem. I was having an issue activating my new phone onto my plan and for some reason it wasn’t connecting. The store closed at 8pm (which at the moment I wasn’t aware) and it was 10 and I asked him what time you guys close? He told me we closed already at 8. I told him: brother you should have told me I’m so sorry man! He replies na man I’m just trying to get you going, it’s ok. This guy is a kind hearted soul that truly cares about helping people and gives them quality service, something that sadly nowadays does not exist. People nowadays are just lazy and don’t wanna work and are just trying to get by at their job. Truly sad that customer service in most places is dead. Anyway, we were sitting at 10:30pm and Martez was still trying to connect my line till it was me who sayed man I’m just gonna go man. He asks are you sure? I replied yea bro I’m tired you’re tired, I’ll figure this out tomorrow. If you go into this location ask for Martez.

They will do anything to make you customer and then you go back with any issues they don’t even allow you to enter the store. They told me to come back to store and I did on next day and the staff went inside as soon as she saw me.Some people standing outside the store near the entrance door and ask you your concern. You have to explained them there and they will tell you to call customer care. All the lovely words are not there anymore. The way they talk to you is like has a hidden motive which tells you to just leave.

Retail rep told me I need to swap my lines to T-mobile right now to make my phone work again. There is a known outage in the area and none of the phones in store would connect to the network just like mine. When I told him he was full of it he changed my phone number in an unauthorized change and I had to go to another store to get my services restored. This store can close tomorrow and I'll be a super happy camper. Never setting foot in this location again.

I walked into this store a boy and came out a man by the time I left the store. The manager of the store Florida Man Dan was one of the best and he knows how to run a tight ship. Fast and easy service. I will be coming back for all my mobile service needs to that dude with purple hair!

Martez was very professional and fun to speak with. He provided me with a lot of information which definitely showed me he is very knowledgeable of the phones in the store. I really appreciate how he listened and understood exactly what I needed and would definitely say he is a great employee for this company and could do great things. Not one to really write reviews, but for the T-mobile visit that I had with expert Chili, it was an amazing experience. Not only did she help me upgrade my old iPhone 8 Plus to a iPhone 12 Pro Max, she also had great customer service and if I had to, I’d recommend everyone to talk to her if you were thinking about upgrading your device. Her conversational fortitude, alongside helping me understand my bill and the monthly payments I’d be making on my phone, definitely deserves this shout-out and this rating. Keep it up team Brandon 💯
