Customer service was helpful in selling us a new phone but apparently new phones come with a c cord but this cord you can't plug into anything so had to spend money at Wal-Mart for wall unit.

Excellent customer service! Cynthia was very knowledgeable and caring, as she walked through the various options and gave me a great deal. She even went as far as asking if I was taking advantage of all the membership deals and discounts as a MetroPCS customer, for which I was unaware when I first bought my phone the same time last year. Thanks again for going the extra mile to support me and my family! 🙂

Very friendly and well informed, I came in to change the service from an old phone to a new one and they asked critical questions so that the transfer went smoothly. Had i not met the requirements then it would have been a waste of time and money but thanks to the questions this was not and it was done in less than 5 min. 4/10/21

So I wanted to get my 3 girls the children's watchs from metro. So they only allow you to have 2 per account. So I'm only allowed to have two small children thanks cant have triplets or have children back to back oh well.
