We waited on a phone for 30min was told they're will wave the shipping charges but only way if you lots of stuff form them I feel like I was buying a car

The worst phone provider and sales/customer service team in the cellular industry. T-mobile will lie to you when signing up about the price of the device. I learned the hard way when I was assured I’d be able to pay it off in a lump sum after just 3 months. I have paid in total over $550 for what was supposed to be a $300 “half priced” iPhone. I had to switch service providers because their network would not work over two different phones, replacement SIM cards. I drive for work and everywhere I went along 75N from Ocala to Ruskin I wouldn’t even get 3g service or receive simple text messages on time. Many others have had the same issue with T-mobile. They have been ‘updating their towers’ for the better part of 6 months and the problem seems nationwide from other reviews I’ve seen. Do not waste your money or your time here. It was a nightmare, they charge hidden fees, they will not immediately cancel you and refund the remainder if you cancel the day you are billed. I just got another $200+ bill after being assured I had paid everything when I switched to verizon. It won’t even allow me to login and pay the bill, I get to waste time on the phone with them yet again. Stay away

My family and I have been to this Bloomingdale location a few times since the T-Mobile/Sprint merger. We had great experiences those times when Zeke worked there. By the way, when this name was mentioned we were told they never heard of a Zeke. Read the past reviews. This past experience sealed the deal to never step foot in there again. Not sure who the rep originally helping us was, never introduced himself but he was friendly. We were doing a simple upgrade on our account. After at least an hour in this store, a complete waste of time, the most obnoxious individual named Clifton or Cliff, not sure of name since again no introduction, took over and because we were not interested in any additional accessories, we were advised that we could not purchase the upgrade there as we were former Sprint customers and not T-Mobile. He then proceeded to let the other rep who was helping us know this is why they weren’t making their commissions. We were then told to go to another store. Biggest waste of time and poor customer service. Please go to the corporate store by Havertys. This is where you will actually be helped and treated with respect.

5 hours later.(both my sister and i were at the store for over 2 1/2hrs). multiple lies told by the Tmobile rep Tyler. Complaints nonstop from Cliff... I wish I'd have gone somewhere, anywhere else. I have 30 days to cancel. I'm already looking into that option. Maybe if ordering pizza weren't a priority or HELPING 1 customer at a time... LISTENING to what they need.. were a priority I wouldn't be so disgusted. Worst experience in a cellular store! If i could give the customer service 10 negative stars I would

Greg at the Bloomingdale location was extremely helpful. Couldn’t believe he was new there seemed like he’s known this like the back of his hand. He made sure my order was complete. Being that I didn’t receive the email to ok my sons IPhone order. He took his time to figure it out. What a pleasant young man. Thank you Greg

Amazing staff, they know phones like the back of their hand and they write down everything billing related for you, on paper, that way you know exactly what you’re getting. They weren’t greedy sales people who tried to shove things down my throat either. They looked where I had problems and simply tried to offer solutions. Highly recommend this location. 😊

Went to replace screen protector, lady first time switched it out. Had no problem, this time went in and said I had Sprint well you are T mobile now. They wouldn't replace it. T mobile basically just leaving Sprint customers to fend for them selves.

The staff did a fantastic job they helped us so much with all the different deals and explaining everything. I believe the girls name was Carrie and or Karen Kayla that helped us and also the store manager was amazing. We are very pleased with the service

Just went into the bloomigdale and bell shoals location and the representative Tyler was the most helpful, genuine rep I have had the pleasure of doing business with. He addressed my concerns in a prompt, timely manner. Reps like Tyler are the reason for lifelong customers. I wanted to cancel my service when i walked in and walked out a happy customer. This man deserves a RAISE!!

Recently, went into this store and had a great experience. Your reps Juan, Cisco, and Ryan are wonderful. The minute you walk in they acknowledge you by saying 'Hi, how can I help you or will be with you shortly!" if they are with another customer. They are very knowledgeable and always so pleasant. I was going to the other store on East 60 in Brandon, Florida and I have since changed to this store. The other store doesn't have the excellence in their services. These guys were so helpful and even the other reps that do not help you, are so friendly and pleasant. They have a "team" mindset. While in my visit, I witnessed where one of the reps started to help a customer and then another rep came in to help the customer who was struggling to understand her bill plan and how doing an upgrade would impact her bill. They are all a great group of people and all so nice. That is my new T-mobile store!!!!
