Cathy Shamblin was very knowledgeable and caring. Took her time, was patient and helped me set up all apps including maps in my car. She can do multiple tasking. She definitely deserves a raise. She saw and took care of ordering my new phone and did a fabulous job.

I went to this store to determine if I could extend my monthly hot spot service by a couple of days. The salesman went in the back room, came out with a brand new iphone and a wifi unit and tried to sell me a package for both that was well over $1000. He basically said the wifi unit was my only option. I declined and went back to my office and got online. I upgraded my hot spot for $10 a month which doubled my available gigibites. Those guys in the Verizon store are like used car salesmen. Very shady and very pushy. They were horrible.

Twas a Sunday...a few weeks ago. My phone decided to die that weekend. Lili opened up at 10 AM to help me out. They normally open at 11 AM. She helped me choose the right phone for me, a Motorola Edge 5G. She demonstrated some of the useful features like a couple of the hand gestures to turn on the light and the camera. Overall, Verizon is fortunate to have her! Again, thanks!

Huge shout out to James Lagura for helping me purchase my new phone. My previous experiences consisted of waiting around for hours to transfer over contacts, process the payment, etc. James was extremely personable and knowledgeable about the current inventory and expedited the entire process. I am still shocked that I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! If you need anything at this location, do yourself a favor and make an appointment with him.

Christopher Hooper was very efficient in an extremely professional manner. He was very patient and more than accommodating (work with us for more than 2-hours) with the myriad/number of questions that he was challenged with, no questions went unanswered. His customer service was absolutely impeccable. In the future, I will ask again for Christopher!!

I had such a great experience at this location. I'd previously went to the location on Providence and Causeway, but I'm glad they were too busy to assist. Chris was awesome! He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, and meticulous. His multitasking skills are top notch, as he juggled assisting me and others. He's definitely an asset to the company. I really appreciate him :-). I strongly recommend to anyone who's looking for great service, go to the Lithia location and see Chris!

My experience at this Verizon was terrific! We were provided with excellent service by Cathy! She met us right at the door and immediately lead us to a desk to get started with our service. We had absolutely no wait time at all and Cathy took her time with us to answer all of the questions that we had as first time customers buying our first phone plan. We were very happy with the honesty and quality of service she provided us, especially since we were quite wary of being lied to due to our previous visit to a T-mobile that same day (they were trying to pressure us into a certain plan). Cathy took the time to show us the different plans available to us, helped us deduce what we wanted and even calculated how much it would cost us so we would have a good idea and would have no surprises. Cathy not only went above and beyond in the store, but extended her kindness and service to when she wasn't even on the clock. When we decided to order new phones she was flexible with our schedules so that we could meet her at the store and go ahead and put in the orders. When we had any questions about the plan, phones or had change of plans we were able to text her and received a message back right away which we greatly appreciated. I will eagerly recommend her to any of my friends and family that plan to switch phone plans, or get a new phone plan and hope that she only keeps succeeding from here. Customer service is truly what excels in, she is amazing at it!
