I recently had a horrible experience at this location with the poorly trained staff. I upgraded one phone line from an s9 to S22, and a second line I jumped to a S22ultra. With the S22 - 30 minutes after we loaded info onto it went black. One sales rep was very helpful, the others in the store were rude and dismissive. We contacted the store and were told to use our insurance on the phone to get it fixed (since all of the data was already on the phone and we factory reset the old phone). We were told to pay a feen $29.00 and then the insurance (assurant) would cover the repair. They did not cover the repair because their was no physical damage to the phone. We were not given the correct information. We were told by the rep in the store that this would be credited back to our account, which we are waiting for. We then contacted Samsung who sent us to a warranty repair to replace the screen. We were told that the phone was bad (not the screen) and we needed to contact T Mobil for replacement. We were trying to avoid doing that since all of our data was on this phone and we could not access. T Mobil sent a replacement phone to the store. We received email communication from T Mobil customer care that the phone was received and ready for exchange pick up. When I went to the store the staff was arrogant and dismissive. I was told to wait 10 minutes because all phones are locked away and he could not access. Then I was told that they did not have the phone and to wait at home for a call from the store. I was told that it was a holiday today, they did not get deliveries on Saturday, Sunday or today (no mail). This was not correct. I went home and verified with UPS that the phone was delivered to that location at 12:35pm and signed for. When I called the store and asked about it, they were rude and dismissive. Then I got hung up on! I have been with T Mobil for over 17 years. I have never had such a horrible experience. I called customer care and escalated a case against this location, I asked them to call the store while I held on the phone. They told me and the rep that that they did not have the phone. And hung up. I got called back while still on with customer care that they "now found my phone", but only one person could do the exchange and he was not available until tomorrow. This was not acceptable. Support had expediated the phone since we have a vacation coming up and we needed the phone ASAP. I am not sure what type of training these guys get but they are very unprofessional and very RUDE. I was ready to leave T Mobile over this experience if not for the the corporate staff at customer care. Please save your time and efforts and do not use use this location. For all the stress.

After visiting 2 other stores with no satisfaction we finally went to the Boca Raton store on Glades and 441. Vlad the manager and Anthony were fantastic! Absolutely th best experience.

Hi I came to this store and it was busy , I had vlad was my agent, he is very good at what he does. Though the store was busy he gave me great customer service. All your reps in this store are also very good n very nice. I first went to the team mobile in parkland n it was horrible. This store made up for it.

I am in health care at the front lines during this pandemic. My phone which was with Sprint started dropping the calls and we were missing important phone calls from our patients families. I went to the store where they asked me to upgrade my sprint device to T-Mobile. Then they offered me a free phone in exchange for my old phone. Since then my phone service stopped working the way it was and I have been on customer service and been in the store for the whole 24 hours often on so I can resume my services. Online customer service people were very helpful and declared that my issue cannot be solved and I should try to return the phone. The store people refused to give my old phone back that was working. When I told them this is an emergency number and I am a healthcare provider I was told “this is a cell phone shop“ this has been an incredibly stressful experience which caused a disruption in our services. The manager initially was very frustrated too but then agreed that the merger between Sprint and T-Mobile has technical issue that have not been addressed. The staff at this location on Glades and 441 is very poorly trained and rude. They would not give me their names and said they’re not Supposed to wear name tag or give me their name and I should just talk to their manager. Thank God for AT&T who is offering healthcare providers a first net connection. They offered an incredible deal for my whole Acount. Walking out from T-Mobile I was in tears and AT&T’s friendly staff Immediately started helping. It Took us all day to figure things out but they did not leave me until all of my devices for figured out. Please save your sanity and stay away from sprint and T-Mobile. Look at employees who wouldn’t give me their names and manager was yelling at me and the sprint people online trying to help me. Please stay away from them.

Our mobile phone service is great. This one star is for the inefficient manner that our account has been handled. Back in May or June, T-Mobile ran a deal that if you traded in your current phone you got $500 credit towards a new phone. My husband and I traded our phones. We only received credit for one phone. I am being charged full price for a phone that should have costed $300. The store manager is elusive and has avoided helping us. We will give it one more try and then have to consider stronger action.

I need to give a big shout out to Alex who works in this store's location. He is not only a very knowledgeable person in helping the customers but also goes up and beyond to help you resolve the problem you are dealing with I had purchased a brand new Samsung galaxy S21+5G that just died on me right before I had to go in for surgery. He and one his female managers who I wish I could remember her name, made sure that I would not be without a phone the day before my surgery!
