After selecting the bouquet from Pinners' website, they emailed and said they couldn't get those flowers. I okayed substituting other BRIGHT flowers, and this is the best they claimed they could get. What a shame they didn't just go to Kroger and pick up flowers--they'd have had more variety than this. I'm also not sure why someone thought the random yellow bow was the best choice. The recipient was happy to get flowers but that's the best I can say about this experience--especially for $70+.

I was disappointed when I called to request flowers for delivery. I was told that delivery could be the next day. Ok. I would like any white flowers and any purple or pink flowers. I was told that they would not have any white or any other flowers for the rest of the week. Today is Tuesday. Nope, they could not recommend any other florist in the entire city. This makes me sad for the person I wanted the flowers delivered to.

I called from a different state, wanting a same-day delivery to a family member in Suffolk. They were friendly & helpful, and they delivered a gorgeous arrangement within a couple of hours. I am very happy with my experience with Pinners Flower Shop and highly recommend them.

Website says order by noon, same day delivery. I call and they had nothing available for same day delivery. It was not like I asked for a specific type flower to be used. Plus prices start at $35, not $29.99 also as advertised by website.

I always have a pleasant experience here. The staff is friendly and the flowers are beautiful. I'm not sure what the previous reviewer meant by they are no longer in business. The radio & tv shop is the store next to the flower shop. I just bought flowers from their store today so they are most definitely still in business.

Thank you for fast emergency service. We forgot that my son needed a wrist corsage on prom morning! I called every florist near my home and no luck. On my way to work I decided to look up some shops near my work. They came through. My son's date was elated. I was so impressed I'm getting our Mother's Day flowers here too. My Co worker also needed a last minute wrist corsage and I quickly recommended Pinners. Support small business. They are a small modest shop that has been in business for 50 years!!!

The staff treats you like you are family. They are always so helpful and go out of their way to find what you need!! There's no way you can beat their prices for fresh or silk flowers. I am always very pleased with the service and quality of the product i receive from them! I'm so grateful to have found this local, hometown florist that i can call my own.

Always such an amazing experience here. What a wonderful local and family owned place! Great customer service and nothing but beautiful flowers. If anyone ever sends me flowers in a box (cough cough pro flowers) I will send them back and ask for Pinners by name!

I have used Pinner's for many years now for all different occasions and I have never been disappointed with the quality of their work. They have beautiful flowers at reasonable prices. They are a fantastic family owned flower shop and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your order.

I tried placing an order with them and the lady that answered the phone had an attitude and their selection was minimal at best i had to eventually just move onto another florist because they wanted me to agree to something that wasn't even close to what I originally asked for which is standard in the average florist. Low standard of customer service. And came up with a every reason they could not deliver it until i eventually just moved on.
