Best florist in Suffolk, Virginia (VA) 2024

Save yourself! Do not order from this store. The most frustrating experience and customer service is not a priority. I ordered a fruit arrangement, balloon, and cheese cake bites for my boyfriends birthday. The balloon was not delivered. I called the Suffolk store and got a refund for the balloon. My boyfriend happened to send me the footage from his Ring camera of the delivery and the cheese cake bite was messed up during delivery. The driver even says that on the video. However, when I called the store a second time to address that issue, the driver said only a strawberry fell off (untrue) and I was told I would need to speak to a manager who would call me later in the day to resolve the matter. No one called me! When I spoke to corp that same day they submitted a request for me to be refunded but was told it had to be approved by the store owner. The following day, I spoke to the store manager (which I later found out was the delivery driver). I was told the store owner would call me to discuss the issue. Again, no one called me! I called corp again...they told me I had to sort it out directly with the store. I've called the store owner three times now and she has done nothing! As a customer, being lied to about the situation and then having to follow up several times with the store that messed up your order is incredibly unreasonable. Again, save yourself the hassle. ~Tonya

After selecting the bouquet from Pinners' website, they emailed and said they couldn't get those flowers. I okayed substituting other BRIGHT flowers, and this is the best they claimed they could get. What a shame they didn't just go to Kroger and pick up flowers--they'd have had more variety than this. I'm also not sure why someone thought the random yellow bow was the best choice. The recipient was happy to get flowers but that's the best I can say about this experience--especially for $70+. ~randal

Not a bad place to shop and their pizza is good, to be a supermarket. I gave them three stars because,...well...I'm a little biased. I really miss when the location use to be a Farm Fresh. Their (Farm Fresh) salad bar and fried chicken was the bomb. You would enter and walk to the center right and there would be the heavenly smell of steamed shrimp being prepared for a customer. And, the people who worked there appeared to be a little more friendly, not that the Harris Teeter people aren't, but the Farm Fresh crew have them beat. Still, Harris Teeter is a good place to go make groceries, but I really, really miss Farm Fresh. ~Michael
