I have had good experiences at this bank. Once I was helped by a very dedicated employee. She is the daughter of Mexican immigrants and she shared her story with me and I felt honored to have met her. She was so kind and explained things to me so that I knew what was happening with my account etc. ~Allison

First time in the store and will not return. Straight hood. Customer service training needs to be completed again. Cashier and two ladies held a conversation through my entire transaction. They were too busy chatting to greet anyone entering the store. Would have left everything g in the store but they were cute. ~shannon

Suffolk store is hit or miss. Sometimes I find something nice and sometimes I don't. This time I went in looking for red earrings but no luck. Looked around to see what else was interesting but no luck there either. So I left empty handed this time. But as long as they are here and I'm able, I'll pop in periodically to see what's new. ~Sharilyn

Edible Arrangements
Save yourself! Do not order from this store. The most frustrating experience and customer service is not a priority. I ordered a fruit arrangement, balloon, and cheese cake bites for my boyfriends birthday. The balloon was not delivered. I called the Suffolk store and got a refund for the balloon. My boyfriend happened to send me the footage from his Ring camera of the delivery and the cheese cake bite was messed up during delivery. The driver even says that on the video. However, when I called the store a second time to address that issue, the driver said only a strawberry fell off (untrue) and I was told I would need to speak to a manager who would call me later in the day to resolve the matter. No one called me! When I spoke to corp that same day they submitted a request for me to be refunded but was told it had to be approved by the store owner. The following day, I spoke to the store manager (which I later found out was the delivery driver). I was told the store owner would call me to discuss the issue. Again, no one called me! I called corp again...they told me I had to sort it out directly with the store. I've called the store owner three times now and she has done nothing! As a customer, being lied to about the situation and then having to follow up several times with the store that messed up your order is incredibly unreasonable. Again, save yourself the hassle. ~Tonya

I went in a couple days before Mothers Day to purchase an elliptical for myself. I’m a single mom. I had had my eye on this particular machine for a while and had worked hard and saved up for it. I was very excited when I was able to buy it for myself. I paid extra for delivery and assembly, and was told to wait 24-48 hours for scheduling the delivery of my machine. Well 2 weeks went by, and I never heard anything…I was $1700 out and had nothing to show for it. Got so ridiculous that I just went back to the store and got my money back. When I went to return it they didn’t even attempt to keep my business. They didn’t care. They had no idea how hard I worked for it I guess. I’m so disappointed I didn’t get my machine. Worst Mothers Day ever. ~Danielle

I ordered on my app. Thin crust with LITE sauce pepperoni and mushrooms. They put extra extra sauce. Can’t even eat it. Too frustrated to take it back. ~Robin
