Save yourself! Do not order from this store. The most frustrating experience and customer service is not a priority. I ordered a fruit arrangement, balloon, and cheese cake bites for my boyfriends birthday. The balloon was not delivered. I called the Suffolk store and got a refund for the balloon. My boyfriend happened to send me the footage from his Ring camera of the delivery and the cheese cake bite was messed up during delivery. The driver even says that on the video. However, when I called the store a second time to address that issue, the driver said only a strawberry fell off (untrue) and I was told I would need to speak to a manager who would call me later in the day to resolve the matter. No one called me! When I spoke to corp that same day they submitted a request for me to be refunded but was told it had to be approved by the store owner. The following day, I spoke to the store manager (which I later found out was the delivery driver). I was told the store owner would call me to discuss the issue. Again, no one called me! I called corp again...they told me I had to sort it out directly with the store. I've called the store owner three times now and she has done nothing! As a customer, being lied to about the situation and then having to follow up several times with the store that messed up your order is incredibly unreasonable. Again, save yourself the hassle. ~Tonya
