I don’t normally post reviews because I’ve worked restaurants my whole life. Waited over an hour for two pizzas. The tracker said delivered. The driver said he delivered it. He said he knocked and nobody answered and the kids next door said it was theirs. I have a ring camera…nobody came to the door. Now I’m waiting for my pizzas to be remade and redelivered. The manager borderline argued with me when I told her it wasn’t delivered and he didn’t knock at my door. I had selected no contact for a reason and left instructions to leave it on the porch. I’m a single mom with immune problems, and paying $50 for two pizzas with this service is unacceptable.

I grew up with a love of Papa John's pizza. I believe IF the formula for making it is repeated, and not deviated from, you can't go wrong, but the art of deviation has been mastered! I am now forced to enjoy my memories of what Papa John's USED to taste like.🍕😟 So disappointing.

I ordered on my app. Thin crust with LITE sauce pepperoni and mushrooms. They put extra extra sauce. Can’t even eat it. Too frustrated to take it back.

I always order pizza from here and it's always on time. Today, I ordered my pizza for my family at 1130, it is now after 1pm and I still have not received my pizza. On a Wednesday not even the weekend. DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY HERE, ITS TERRIBLE.

This location young Caucasian lady took my order face to face agreed to fix my large pizza with ham and bacon sofar as meats took my $16.75 and clearly did not add the bacon. Don't trust them mistake or no mistake. I was the only walkin customer and they messed up the order with little ham on it also. Glad Pizza Hut is opening very soon 3 blocks away.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza from the Suffolk Papa Johns on Main Street, and it is literally only 50% covered with cheese. My children were excited about pizza as usual, but they said it tastes gross and refused to eat it. Papa Johns refused to respond to my feedback form, their customer service team promised me are response within 48 hours, and now they're running me in circles with no resolution. The customer service team told me the store responded and said "a credit was applied" , so I asked "where can I see this credit?" and they told me to contact the store again. This pizza is 3 times as expensive as other pizza places in the area, and this makes me question if it's really worth it.

Tried to order a pizza from Papa John’s on Main Street in downtown Suffolk, order was placed at 6:10 they said it would take approximately a little over an hour for delivery. No problem I understand it’s Friday night and everybody’s busy. We were tracking the order and when it was less than 10 minutes away I received a message that said they were delayed and they would get back to us. I decided to call the store and somebody at the store told me oh your order should be on the way, Again no problem. 10 minutes later I get an email saying my order has been canceled. I called the store and asked to speak to a manager and the manager said that insider that I spoke with earlier told them that I would be picking it up. How could I pick up the order when you told me it was on the way to my house? The insider not only lied to me but lied to the manager. So in the end we never did get a pizza and I don’t think I’ll ever be going back to Papa John’s.
