I highly recommend Guardian Systems. They have a broad range of offerings but not beyond their ability to deliver. Jason, who was my technical engineer and installer, cuts no corners. Cutting corners is not in his vocabulary. I believe the ownership philosophy is the same way. Don’t hesitate to call them for your home or commercial needs. Beware, this company is not what is used to be. We moved out of our home and have been trying to cancel our service for a month. We’ve called, left messages and spoke to numerous people yet we are still getting charged for alarm security. Absolutely horrific customer service.

Security system service appointment review: Requested an on-site inspection and possible repair of a faulty component. Responding technician was Jason Grasso, who proved to be very knowledgeable of system and determined system was not working properly from initial installation. His customer service example was aptly demonstrated by his expertise and more specifically by his “customer friendly” explanation to correct the fault. He returned a later date (4/19) with a trainee technician for instructional purposes and to correct system, thoroughly check all components and provide operational explanations/ suggestions. His example of professionalism and personal integrity to go “above and beyond” to insure the job is done Right- speaks well for Guardian and Jason as an exemplary representative of customer service.. We purchased a Drees home and Guardian was the contracted security system. Paul Geddes came to install our security system and we couldn't have been happier with his services. He arrived on time, very knowledgeable, professional and a really king hearted person. He installed our system, reviewed the instructions and was very patient with me and the questions I had.
