Big store but apparently they're having trouble getting stock. No one offered any assistance and I found several boxes that only had one shoe in them, and not the display model. That's weird.

I was visiting my mother in law over the weekend and she needed some new shoes so I was quick to recommend shoe dept as I love the one back in my hometown. This one did not disappoint! We went yesterday and were greeted at the door then asked did we need help with anything. There was a great selection so we had already chosen a shoe but MIL is picky and wanted to check one other place so the nice lady named Haley put the pair on hold for us. After a long day of shopping MIL decided she wanted that pair so I went back to get them today. I was greeted by a new clerk who was also very friendly. She was quick to grab my shoes from the back and made sure to check again that I had the correct sizes and a left and right. Her name tag said Cherry I just wanted to give these two ladies a shoutout keep up the great work! My MIL said she will be back to get her next pair from them

As seniors, we were taken care of wonderfully. We bought Sketcher shoes. The store clerks/servers, wore masks, was more than helpful and the store was clean and felt safe from covid and today that is so important to us.

It's not a bad store, they just need better stocking of sizes, especially larger women's sizes. It's difficult to find nice styles in sizes over 8, I wear a 10, and always have trouble finding shoes I like in my size. It's like we are punished for having bigger feet, no cute shoes for us. Unless on sale, some prices were a bit high to me. They didn't have much of a differing selection on styles which was disappointing. I suppose I can't really fault the store for that. It's the designers and buyers, and people with very different tastes in styles. I find a lot of new styles to be awful, but that's just my taste. Staff weren't very friendly, nor did they offer any assistance while I was there. Aside from the cashier, she was very nice. Hopefully they get more like her in there!

The store was nice and clean. But I notice I saw a pair of toddler shoes on the shelf that look like have been worn and they were so dirty. Someone put them back in the box. The desk tried to sale them to me and I explained to her no thank I will not buy those shoes. So she found the matching shoe to clean pair I brought to the counter and I bought them. So everyone please check your shoe box before buying shoes in that store. I do appreciate the worker understanding what I wanted.

Got a beautiful pair of Shaq's for my g-daughter's birthday. They were amazing. She loved them! Customer service was great and very helpful. Will be returning to this store again.
