Erika treated extremely well and her customer services skills are extremely well!!! She helped me buy my first pair of Redwing and shared so much information about the shoes. She really knows her product!!! She deserves a raise for sure.

After years of going to the Smyrna location , my husband was refunded and told he could never purchase another pair of shoes from Redwing again !!! Great customer service Rodney !! If the store isn’t going to follow their own warranty , then why have one . He purchased his shoes in January and once again they were falling apart after 3 months . When I say the attitude flowed from the district managers mouth with the first words he spoke to us , they continued until he was told he could no longer purchase from them again . It’s sad the lack of customer service this store has now . Sad part , my husband deserves an apology because he , himself couldn’t even explain his warranty to my husband or their policy . He was told he had ABUSED the return / warranty policy in place . The product after 3 months was defective . A thief is what he made him feel like . This was a boot purchased in January and not 10 months ago. He then proceeded to follow my husband out of the store while he was on the phone as if he was alerting the police …. To which would not have warranted such action . Rodney even told my husband he was frustrated, as my husband left without a pair of work boots . Because Rodney said he could leave barefoot or go home and get shoes !!!! Who the actual F***** does that ….. Good job REDWING , GOOD JOB !! #firstevercustomerreview

I don't actually have a review of this place, but I need new work boots and can't make it out during their operating hours... Just saying, you'd think a place that sells work boots would have hours on Sunday, the day most ppl that use work boots would have the time to go buy them...

My first time in a red wing store and it definitely won’t be my last! Rodney was a huge help with picking out what was best for me and took all accounts into consideration when selecting my boot. I will without a doubt be coming back!

I like red wings but they had 2 people working and both where helping one customer I had to wait to almost 20 minutes to be able to order a pair of shoes and when I was finally able to order them I was a bit frustrated how little engagement the sales associate was offering to me. I buy the same shoes every year here for the last 6 years and it seems to get less and less about treating customers well then it does about who can I sell the most to now

I am a longtime customer of the Red Wing brand, but a new customer to the Smyrna location. The service that Rodney and his staff provide to their customers is fantastic. I recently purchased a pair of work boots and after a few weeks of wearing them, I discussed my discomfort while wearing the boots with Rodney and he went above and beyond to hold true to the Red Wings Comfort Guarantee and exchanged my boots for a different pair that feel great on my feet. Rodney's focus was always on me being completely satisfied with my purchase from his store. I could not be happier with my experience at this Red Wing Shoes location and I will continue to be a loyal customer to the brand and now to the Smyrna store thanks to the excellent and personalized service I experienced working with Rodney and his staff.

WOW!! Best customer service I have ever experienced. Shout out to Rodney and his great taste in shoes. My boots are FABULOUS!! All the guys are jealous, and you can bet I'll be sending them your way ;) Very few places actually cater to females in the construction industry, so I was feeling quite defeated when I first entered the Red Wing in Smyrna. Thank Gaga I did, though. It took two different orders to finally get the right fit and style, but Rodney and his team were there with me the entire time. In the end, we ended up having a boot designed and resoled specifically for my needs: composite toe, puncture resistant, steel shank, and a SIZE 7.5 WOMENS! The shoes are beautiful and worth every dollar! I couldn't ask for a better quality product or customer experience. I will certainly be back.
