They have good shoes, but they never have Jordans like they said. They have about 3 pairs Jordan's, but their website said “products available in store” and the products of jordan's are over 10 of them. And none of the jordans they have in their store look like the one on the website… please do more update.

While they do have a decent variety of to choose from, including Nike & Jordans merch, they are very over priced. Customer service was not the best.

Ordered a pair of crocs for my granddaughter for christmas days ago because they didn't have the right size in stock. Was told I'd get an email in a few days that they were ready for pick up. I've tried calling for a couple of days to check on them as I've never heard anything and the phone is ALWAYS busy. Put the phone back on the hook and answer the freaking phone!! Going down there today. If they aren't there I'm getting a a refund on the other pair I bought for my other granddaughter and never ever going to shop at this store again!!! Who runs this place?? The idiotic employees must sit back and laugh at us knowing good and well we'll never get what we ordered. The other reviews indicate that. Wish I would have read them first before shopping here. UPDATE: The crocs were there but it took forever for them to find them and 2 people to look for them

3 employees were there, they didn’t even bother asking me what i needed because they were too busy watching videos on their phone. I went up to the counter to ask about a certain shoe i needed for my sons and they just simply shook their head and continued watching their videos. Oh well, last time i ever waste me time at that store.

I'm a truck driver(sneaker head) checking out the local Hibbet's for exclusive sneakers. I'm greeted upon entrance, while atleast 3 employees are hovering the POS. I set a pair of socks at register as I cross the store from men's to women's. Going back to men's, I set an outfit with the socks and the cashier asks for my phone number as I'm "WALKING AWAY",clearly still shopping. Jokingly, I ask if I'm being rushed out or if they're about to close. A few more words were exchanged resulting in the most negative and disrespectful attitude from the cashier as she was short with and not handing me my bag as I paid for my goods. I was in management with Footlocker for 6 years and this kinda service is unacceptable for retail

Had a good experience shopping in this particular Hibbett's. Employees were very helpful and it was very clean on the inside. I found the UT shirt I was looking for and it was any many sizes. Will be shopping here again.

I would give zero stars if I could. Ordered shoes online last night for pickup today as I'm going out of town and needed them to take with me. I receive no email, text, nothing. I keep logging in and checking the status it changes to canceled. I try to call the store, no less than 12 times. Nobody answers the phones there either. I go online, still shows in stock, I order again, same thing. They give zero explanation why the order is canceled and you can't reach anyone in store. I will never shop here again.
