Terrible customer service. 2 employees and there was 1 customer. I was walked in and stood there looking at them for 10 mins and not one of the employees said "hello" or even acknowledged me.

The experience was OK. The prices for plans here are hard to beat, the staff was friendly, but like most sales people, not completely honest. They're probably under a lot of pressure, but do your homework before you go in and you should be fine. We got everything we wanted in the end albeit with a detour or 2.

Stacey was very very helpful. She went above and beyond. Customer service with a wonderful personality! She helped me purchase set up transfer contacts pictures and set up emails. I would recommend her for employee of the month/year! Plus recommend her for a raise! I am new first time cricket customer and I will certainly recommend my family and friends to see stacey at the Galleria mall location!

The one in Johnstown galleria was terrible nothing got done about broken phone even tho we pay insurance for it. They was rude. Never will I go back there again we will be leaving them for another service some who actually does there job and answer the phone during business hours

Took awhile to get the Samsung phone I wanted. They actually drove to another store to get it. The cell service is okay. All the phone cases I have bought there have broken after a couple of months. They are cheap Chinese products

We were there a few times asking questions about the plans and everything. They failed to tell us about having to be there before 5 so they could transfer phone numbers and when we showed up to do it they gave us nothing but attitude. I would not recommend anyone to go here

Bought a few phones there great service workers were courteous only thing was they gave me wrong information about some specs on my newest phone told me I could move apps to SD card and I can not. Just make sure you do research on whatever phone u want other than that great service
