Abbi was great, and Chad helped me amazingly, but the Zack character, I feel as if the store would be better without him, he just seemed agitated with me the entire time🤦 Update: Chad was amazing, and the stores a perfect 5 stars when the Zack character is absent

As a Sprint customer for the past 5+ years, I was kind of leary of switching to T-Mobile, as Sprint had been great for us in terms of price and service. I knew eventually I would have to bite the bullet and switch, but then some major health problems came up, and switching became low on my 'things to do' list. Due to the way my finances changed to being off of work, I went on the Sprint/T-mobile online chat to see if I could change my payment due date to something that work better, as I was losing my 10.00 autopay discount each month. The upshot of all of this is that I ended up with an appointment at the Johnstown store to finally switch and save some money too!! When we arrived at the store, we were greeted by Bryce, and he was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and was patient with my five-thousand questions that I had. He actually seemed to WANT to help me, which was greatly appreciated. We were there for about 2 hours, and my boyfriend who has mobility issues and uses a cane was starting to get a bit tired. Bryce noticed this and immediately wheeled his chair from behind the counter so he could sit down. I can't say enough good things about the customer service. We ended up paying off one phone, got a new S21, and upgraded my Mifi to a 5G one, ( I live in the middle of BFE so no quickie internet out my way) and saved some money!! I also have great things to say about the Support team online too, as I was having some difficulty getting my Military service verified for the Magenta Military plan I was on. I went to the FB site, and was able to get the matter resolved quickly and efficiently. All I can say is, Thank you!!

After over almost 20 years l, my daughter and I switched phone service from boost mobile to t-mobile. I was just fed up with the customer service and lack of signal as a result of the decline in service provided by Boost mobile. Austin was a real trooper! I could tell he was nervous,but with the help of his colleagues. He was able to switch us over along with upgrading both of our phones. My switch over took at least 45 min (momma loves her pictures) and in doing so, ran him over an hour past his clock out time. He handled it like a professional even though I could tell he was done as I was too. I am so pleased with my phone service so far. It's in instant improvement. I assured him I'd be sending my mom, dad, and sister as they are sick of boost mobile aswell. Thank you Austin for playing a part in both mine and my daughter's Christmas! This place took my mother for a ride and lied to her about the price of the phone she was upgrading to. They did credit us back 200 dollars for lies they told my mother. They also added insurance onto her phone without her agreeing to it either. I would think twice before visiting this tmobile store. Also I contacted the regional manager about this and he obviously could care less about the whole situation not to respond back to me.
