Excellent service from AAA. I was able to easily receive roadside assistance, in a timely fashion, with the service gentlemen easily unlocking my car after my keys became locked inside. The knowledgeable guy arrived quickly to my car within 25 minutes, and feasibly jumped the battery. I was operational again in a matter of minutes, and grateful for my AAA plan and services rendered.

Roadside assistance is a ripoff. They refuse to tow your vehicle more than once for a service issue. Whats the point of giving "premium" members 200 miles of towing if we dont get to use them?? Im not a tourist, im a local.

We always use AAA Sandusky for our travel needs, especially international. Christie is especially good, but Robin is, too. We highly recommend the personal service they give us.

I wish that I could give negative stars! I am devastated! We went to AAA to book our honeymoon/elopement, what a HUGE MISTAKE. We worked with Julie, explained our situation and what we were looking for. She made promises after promises... assured us that we could move dates if we needed as our price was locked in. And she convinced us to buy trip insurance (at $300) just in case. What a joke! It was more like LIE AFTER LIE! Not only about their policies but other things as well. She delayed passing info along and the info she did share was wrong! The long and short is that we had to move things around, move it back only to be told that it would cost us an additional $1000.00. And the kicker if we cancel all together we lose the entire amount we already paid into the trip. So no honeymoon for us... unless of course we want to take it 6-12 months after we get married. Thanks AAA for ruining what was supposed to be a special day for us. Please if you are reading this and you are planning a trip that is in anyway important to you... PLEASE, PLEASE GO ANYWHERE BUT AAA to book it!

Let me preface this by saying i have never left a bad review anywhere in my life. I requested battery services to come and give me a new battery becsuse all of the auto stores in the area we're closed at 9pm on a Saturday except for one, who didn't have my battery type. They sent a local towing company both times that could not provide the service I required. So, this morning I had to call an actual towing company, through AAA, that could tow me somewhere, because my tire is flat in addition to my battery being unable to start my car. I was also sent to 2 different AAA locations on the phone before I was able to receive any kind of service. I don't know what's going on with the AAA in Sandusky, but I do know that iveI never had this many problems with the AAA in Toledo. Very poor service.

Julie was a GREAT help in planning my upcoming trip. I had waited to long to make reservations and plan the best route. She was able to suggest an alternate route (with less construction and tolls) than I had thought and was able to book hotels at a better rate than I was getting through on-line sites. Thanks Julie!

I highly recommend Sandusky AAA on Milan Rd., Route 250. The employees are friendly & go out of their way to be of assistance. I always browse their newest, latest travel accessories in addition to relying on them to create triptiks for our road trips.

I recently stopped at the Sandusky AAA to get a new travel Visa card. The friendly, young lady who assisted me was very helpful. She explained the card thoroughly and even checked on previous cards that I no longer use. It seemed to me that she enjoys her job, as she smiled often and made sure that I had everything I needed.

Nowadays it's easy to book your travel on-line, but there's nothing quite like face to face service. Ashley in the Sandusky AAA office recently booked trips for me. She is very personal, knowledgeable and friendly. We received great service. (the other employees are great as well.)

we recently requested a trip-tic for our upcoming travels to North Carolina and were pleased, as always, with the personal attention received and the prompt and accurate information we were given. We rarely travel without consulting the Sandusky branch of the AAA about hotel accommodations, maps, currency exchanges or options available for travel in general. Their eagerness to aid in our travel plans and their expediency are phenomenal!! I highly recommend that area travelers confer with Robin and her staff to make their travel plans! Their expertise is extensive and the atmosphere at the Sandusky AAA is always super-friendly!
