STAY AWAY! COMPLETE RIP OFF!!! Been trying to resolve an issue for 5 month's now. T-MOBILE 5G Home Internet did not work. Cancelled my account 3 times and they're still billing. Sent 2 non-working units back & now they sent me a third one after all the cancellations. Threatening to send into collections for a service that never worked. I'm at my witts end!!!

Had them pleasure of being helped by Victor. Top notch service. Walked through all the in and outs of different promotions and plan options. I cannot say enough about the service my husband and I received from Kristi Wright on April 12, 2022. The store was extremely busy with a waiting line. Kristi was such a leader in handling the crowd professionally and efficiently. She was able to multi task assisting other associates and always maintaining a calm, pleasant demeanor. Kristi was knowledgeable and able to educate us on our phone needs. We left so happy with the maintenance done on our phone and knowledge we left with. We will be upgrading soon and will definitely be retuning to only Kristi. Other stores have left me very disappointed with the feeling I was just a sale to be had. Kristi knows customer service!!! Thank you Kristi!!!!

I went into T-Mobile last week my friend and I were having issues with our iPhone they were 2 other Customer being serviced by someone else and I waited until the two guys that were working Finish with the other clients I ask one of the guys when they were done with their client there was no one else waiting is it possible he can help me get a breakdown of my account he said sure no problem then another customer walked in and he took them instead of me I was waiting I tried to look for his name badge but he did not have it on the other T-Mobile representative came out the back I asked him can he help me and he help me right away I also asked him what was the name of the guy that was helping the other person he told me the guy name was Victor he was the one that blew me off and he was not wearing a name tag so I had to ask someone else for his name it was very unprofessional but the other two representative working made my experience better.

Some people here were helpful, except for the man who raised his voice at me for asking why my new phone didn't come with a charging box. Had no problem charging my credit card, but when it came to answering my questions he got a huge attitude. If you don't know how to answer a question respectfully you shouldn't work in customer service.
