Mike in the service department is top notch. Had a small AC vent issue. He told me to bring the car in so he can see what’s going on with it. He told me to sit tight for 30 minutes fix it on the spot good to go very professional and made life easy highly recommend this place.

Chris McCray & his Team at St Pete Maserati were warm and welcoming. They made us feel like treasured family, the experience was amazing. We called first and when we pulled in we were greeted by Dan our sales associate and Mr. Christopher McCray the General Manager. We had all of our questions answered and never felt any pressure, we were treated like VIP's and didn't even make the purchase yet. Leo of finance rounded this experience out, very detailed & efficient. No drama, no high pressure sales just a fantastic buying experience. I needed a new car, so I shopped around at a few dealerships. I hadn’t purchased a new car in almost a decade and I forgot how sleezy some salesmen could be. I was so relieved when I stopped in at Maserati of St. Pete. Michael was so kind and so helpful. There was no sleezy business. I made my purchase after my second trip to the dealership and he didn’t hound me in between visits like some of the other dealerships. The buying process was very pleasant. I highly recommend. If you’re in the market for a new car (or new to you) ask for Michael. The management there is amazing too.

Chris, Connor and Mike + Kyle (who have servced my 2017 Maserati for the past 4 yrs )have treatrd me like family (grew up in Auto Dealership family in NY many years ago). They all exhibited the utmost in professionalism, couteous always, respectful and genuinely sincere in all aspects of client service..and on top of all that they as well as others whom I've met are real people, not pretentious or arrogant in any manner whatsoever. If all the above weren't spot on true I wouldn't have driven 140 miles each way for all service and sales related visits over the past 4 years. To put that in perspective my home resdence is between 2 local Maserati stores one being 8 miles away the other 22 miles away.Arron new to the group took care of all the financial Arrangements and transactions in a very professional manner as well. The best experience I have ever had buying a car. Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was extremely helpful, extremely professional and very knowledgeable. Mike, the sales professional deserves extra kudos for his professionalism, expertise, and going the extra mile to ensure that I was fully satisfied with my purchase and with the terms of the sale. Chris, the General Manager is an example of perfect leadership. He constantly kept coming out and making sure all is going well, and that I am satisfied and happy with all aspects of my purchase before I sign the papers. The finance manager did the same, and the finance representative was extremely professional, explained in detail what every piece of paper I was signing was about, and answered every single question I had in detail and to my satisfaction. Our car buying experience with Alpha/Maserati has been great, we've experienced a relaxed environment with very low sales pressure. Our sales person, Alec, made sure we were well taken care of. He was extremely friendly, helpful and professional. Buying a car here was almost like buying from friends. I am never coming back to this dealer again Substandard customer service . Salesperson automatically assumed that I could not afford to purchase a car there or that I did not have good credit . He said he’s been doing this for 35 years, perhaps it’s time to take a break and stop assuming .
