Best cell phone store in Pinellas Park, Florida (FL) 2024

I cannot say enough about the service my husband and I received from Kristi Wright on April 12, 2022. The store was extremely busy with a waiting line. Kristi was such a leader in handling the crowd professionally and efficiently. She was able to multi task assisting other associates and always maintaining a calm, pleasant demeanor. Kristi was knowledgeable and able to educate us on our phone needs. We left so happy with the maintenance done on our phone and knowledge we left with. We will be upgrading soon and will definitely be retuning to only Kristi. Other stores have left me very disappointed with the feeling I was just a sale to be had. Kristi knows customer service!!! I've been coming here for years. Today was the best yet. Mike hooked me up with a great phone,all the accessories and a Bluetooth speaker. They are always helpful and accommodating. ~Tracy
