I had to find a saleperson to help in the golf section. Steve came to our rescue. I thank him for helping my husband find some golf clubs for Father's Day.

I went in to buy a seven iron and came out with a new set of clubs. Service was slow because of not enough people to work. Sad that no one wants to work anymore.

I went in a couple days before Mothers Day to purchase an elliptical for myself. I’m a single mom. I had had my eye on this particular machine for a while and had worked hard and saved up for it. I was very excited when I was able to buy it for myself. I paid extra for delivery and assembly, and was told to wait 24-48 hours for scheduling the delivery of my machine. Well 2 weeks went by, and I never heard anything…I was $1700 out and had nothing to show for it. Got so ridiculous that I just went back to the store and got my money back. When I went to return it they didn’t even attempt to keep my business. They didn’t care. They had no idea how hard I worked for it I guess. I’m so disappointed I didn’t get my machine. Worst Mothers Day ever.

Store was busy as usual. Clean and stocked well except for camping supplies. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. I hope going forward more will be available for camping and back packing.

Well stocked with product. There were no employees in the back half of the store to service customers. A question about Brooks shoes went unanswered for lack of help there. The ONLY 3 employees I saw in the store+ one stocker were up front at ckeck-out. Store was clean.

Stopped in to get some hand weights which were back in stock. Also needed to pick up something for my son's bicycle to help keep his foot from slipping. There wasn't a crowd and check out was easy and quick. My cashier was very friendly and outgoing. Customer service at all my store experiences today has been excellent. You can tell folks are glad you're back! So nice to get out and support the local economy.

I wanted to get a grill but I couldn't pick up the box. I asked for her and she immediately came over, asked me what color I wanted and carried it over to the register. She then called for someone to help me carry it out to the car. She updated my information in the computer, and was super friendly.

The product selection was good but when I had questions, I had to search the store to find someone to help and when I finally found someone, he told me that he needed to grab his keys and he'd be right over. Then after waiting for 10 minutes for help, I see him almost arguing with another associate while looking in my direction before both of them walked away without helping me. Then when help finally came he told me that they didn't have to bike in stock but he'd call to check and after waiting 15 mins to get an answer, he says no but I went to another store and they had it. Terrible service here.
