Quality of some stuff is very bad when I went for refund ask me recipt even though they can search by credit card .Some of the staff at return counter not interested in going extra mile to help customers also when ask question some staff not interested in answering which is not the case in other Walmart's.

Very bad curbside pick up! It was raining and I was not able to check each items. I asked the worker to ensure every item was in, he said yes. When I drove home, one item was missing and I had to waste my gas to drive back to pick it up. Don't trust the worker, you have to check each item one by one yourself to prevent this from happening to you.

There are lots of employees out in the shopping area. Only 1 register staffed! Either staff more registers or give us a discount for using the self checkout and invite us to your Christmas party!

Two checkers open on a Sunday afternoon. Each with 6 carts deep. The self checkout? Backed up to customer service. Left the cart with 5 items in it, not going to spend 20+ minutes in line for 5 items. Will shop elsewhere and never come back here.

I lady was in Walmart in store. And was in the store too, sitting on mobile chair. I ask to get me 2 brown wild rice. And box was torn so she put back that and got me good one. So I got 2 good ones. So no one can't tell me is know God because it is one. Mother in law's have this song you want to hear it. This is day Lord has made this is day Lord has made this Lord has made. So be glad in it. Nice, organized, well stocked store. AND they have many lanes with actual cashiers! No need to self checkout and bag yourself. Clean. Friendly, helpful associates.

Today, the Walmart Super Center gets a 5-star rating. I came here to exchange an item, decaf coffee cups for my Keurig I inadvertently purchased yesterday. So, instead of going to the original store of purchase, I went to the Dulles Town Center area to make the exchange. It went well as I expected. This morning it wasn't crowded, there were no cars sitting in front of the entrance, which is a norm. But I am hoping Walmart will change that habit people have confessing the front entrance with their cars. In any case, I prefer coming to the Wal-Mart Store in the early a.m. because restocking is usual done our almost done. They're are not alone of people in the store and the lines, what lines? Get it. Going to Wal-Mart early in the morning is the best experience ever because the employees are relaxed, not stressed out and very attentive to the customers as well. I am not saying they're not, it's that in the morning the associate to customer ratio is balanced. The store is easier to navigate and you're not shoulder to shoulder at the check-out lines. Before, the pandemic I would visit the store at 4 a.m. because it was literally empty, but since they don't open early I have to settle for the 7 a.m. schedule. I really liked that items were stocked and the aisles were empty. In addition, the suture is clean and sanitized, so your shopping experience will be dieter from the normal traffic that Wal-Mart gets throughout the day. Great job Wal-Mart.

Busy location has limited self checkout kiosks. Place is always well stocked and clean .
