They NEVER EVER EVER ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! Update: I order a mousepad and they gave me a claim ticket that said to come back in 7 days, then I show up to the photo center and, no surprise here, there isn't a single sould here. Then wait for about 3 minutes and see and employee walking by and asked her to get someone to help me. Then 10 minutes go by, and still nobody shows up. After waiting another 5 minutes I see another employee and asked them to help me, I only had to pick up a mouse pad that was ordered a week ago! Then 20 minutes into it a guy, that looked like a supervisor, shows up and has no idea what to do but tries to help. Then after 10 more minutes, another guy comes, how also has no idea what they are doing and needless to say I'm still here waiting, 35 minutes in, and they still havent helped me..... this is definitely the last time I'm printing anything here.
