Great staff!!! Very helpful!! Visit often. The only issue is when you try to call there, no one answers the phone. Improvement needed. Parking: No problem with parking at this time.

Expensive for no reason at all. I got basic style shampoo and cut for almost $90. By the time I got home my hair was already messed up. Definitely NOT worth it

I don't often shop at Wal-Mart but I'm in an area for work I usually don't frequent and needed a couple random things. This is a very dirty store, terribly unorganized, lives up too all the jokes and memes about walmart. I get hiring is tough but 5 people in blue vest standing at the self check out area not running register just talking to each other, the self check out machine isn't processing cards and no one to assist. I Just left everything there and walked out.

So when did the cashiers not have to at least help you bag groceries? Why even have them ring you up? Mine as well replace them with machines and just have 1 or 2 people who are good with people and the machine help if you need it. She literally watched me bag my own stuff and struggle to reach something that was close to her and didn’t even hand me it. Another customer was waiting, would have been faster to help. I took my time.

I've always had issues with Walmart for taking from smaller businesses. Now it's just irritating that they've destroyed that market here and still can't keep the place stocked. Employees are nice if YOU'RE nice. But empty isles and rising prices aren't giving them the appeal they used to have.. ALLEGEDLY.

Horrible service... waited 20 mins to get spray... in locked case Noone came i stopped a worker to get stuff... he said "i don't have keys to open it but you can push the button and someone will assist you"... pushed the button and waited another 15 minutes not one person came.. so I walked away... went to jewelry and waited over 30 mins to make purchases... Noone came so I stopped a lady wearing a yellow vest she went to customer service then came back to me and said "the person with the keys is on her lunch I'm not sure what to tell you" then walked away. Went to this store as a paying customer Noone helped me and i couldn't purchase anything. A huge waste of time. None of the workers I did talk to even seemed like they wanted to be there.

The associate in Electronics was available immediately as I had to pay for my items there. Also an associate was available at the self checkout for the rest of my items. The Auburn Walmart is always busy but the managers stay on top of activity and keep check out moving smoothly. Hi, this part is an update that I was asked to do. I continue to be very pleased with the Auburn Walmart. There are always friendly associates available if assistance is needed. I do a good 80 percent of my shopping at Walmart. They all continue to be easy peasy places to shop. And WOW, who can say no to a MEGA box of frosted mini wheats?!?

I have always had a good experience at the Auburn Walmart never had any issues in any department! I will say that sometimes the shelves aren't stocked as much as I would like But that is understandable because of covid.

It's always too busy, shelves are not stocked well. They never have a real cashier. If you use self serve registers you can't pay Cash. So the one cashier or if they have 2, the line is forever!! I truly dislike that they are forcing you to self service your own items but do not allow cash payments!!! Pay me for doing my own bagging & swipe of the items!!! Or hire some people to do the job! You are not making me want to use your stores!! I should get a discount or more for shopping & taking care of my own swiping & bagging of items, especially since you've raised prices!!!! Very disappointing 😞 😕 😔

This Walmart was clean and the staff pleasant. A select few of yhe fruits and veggies not as fresh as I would like however it is the winter months and the other selections were good. Not impressed with the no bags seeing as how I was out of state. However they allowed you to pay for your own reusable bag so the next time I came I was prepared. I have visited this Walmart several times. Nice place.
