The office manager Sheila, She was nice however, I was there Friday with My Mom and I want to get some business cards she told me, I told her I'd come back Monday or Tuesday she said it'd be 14.99 for 150 cards and right now they have an inside coupon 50% off.. When I got there they Said it Expired Sunday!!! So they Didn't make Good on what they Told Me.. They Gave me Another little discount but, Nothing like We agreed to originally!!!!! To me it feels like they're manger and they didn't specify they should make Good on what they told me a Customer.....!!!!

I usually go into the stores for printing services. It was near closing but the staff was kind enough to let me in and complete the services. They did not shut the lights off, and I did not see, or hear, any rude gestures. I rule that the best customer service, ever!

Great service from Sheila in the printing department. We had a tough trifold brochure we needed printed. The program we created it in didn't have the correct measurements to have three even sections to match the folds and Sheila was very patient and helpful throughout the process of us needing to make updates and try to print it again. We ended up with the perfect trifold brochure!

I assembled the first two pieces without problem but the third item was missing two shelves so after calling the store, the manager solved the situation with a single phone call. We understand different situations can arise with anything but what sets you apart is how they are handled. It was a very pleasing fix to our problem.
