The store location is convenient and the appearance is clean. The lady working there was helpful and nice. I went there to ship a return and the box for the return was way overpriced and the shipping was unreal. I didn't ship it here. I ended taking it to FedEx.

It is a clean facility and the associates are always very nice and friendly. Unfortunately, it's hard to know for sure if they will be open. The hours posted online and on the placard said they were open until 4pm today, but they were closed when I got there at 1:15pm. There was no sign posted outside that said anything about being closed for the day, so hopefully everyone is okay. I just called again at 3:30 to see if maybe they were out to lunch but nobody answered. Make sure to call before you go to save yourself a trip.

I was there today and had two 50 pound packages and two totes. The lady at the counter very friendly, strong and extremely helpful, told me they couldn't accept those totes. I totally understood and she was able to give me a small box to put everything in, with no inconvenience to me. Great service! Thank you! You are appreciated!

The one heavy set man that works there is not friendly at all. He acts like he’s just working to get paid and does not like his job! I come ready and have all my packages packed labeled and/ or ready with the shipping codes. He has sent me home to package an item that was clearly one that said just bring in and show the label and they pack. He moans softly when he has to do anything extra, like change the register tape. I always say thank you but he never responds! All the other employees are ver nice, helpful and thank you and act happy to serve you!

Needed a notary. Went online the night before and was able to select notary as a service and schedule an appointment for the next day. Got to my appointment to be told by the associate that they don't know why it's offered as a service on the website or why I was able to schedule for it because they don't have a notary. Their shipping services are fine but this experience could have been avoided if they updated their website.

Today is Wednesday, 28 April and I called the store to do a transaction that I have been doing it for over a year twice a month with no problem. A gentleman named John was very rude and refused to do forwarding my mail. If people like John is who they have in the store now I would avoid doing business with them.

3/5/21 Be prepared they are closed till Monday!! Went out of my way to come here today. The people laying the carpet came out and was like hey were closed man. Like how are we supposed to know. No sign in the yard, nothing here on the webpage. It’s not like UPS is a weekly, let alone monthly destination.

Filing a complaint with UPS on this facility. Identigo specifically states you will wear a mask to get fingerprinted in this facility or you can be denied service. I just went in for a scheduled appointment to find the person who is to do fingerprints is out with Covid and appointment is cancelled. And yet no employees in this facility are masked.

The true test of a business is how they respond when things go wrong. While I certainly wish things hadn't gone wrong with my shipment...this store gets an A plus for rapidly politely and professionally fixing the problem. Manager went over and above to "make it right" I would trust them with all my future shipments. They are a class act
