Wow what a great experience. The Lady at desk was so personable and nice. Went in stated my business showed my ID and off she went. Not even a minute or two later she was back my package in hand signed and I was out. A true professional and one heck of an employee to have I'm sure.

Worst service ever! You have to wait around in case they deliver bc they require signatures and then they “attempt” delivery at someone else’s house. Then expect you to spend the whole next day sitting at home available for them to attempt delivery again. What do they want us to sit outside and chase the truck down the street.

Staff that helped me was not friendly at all. Almost made me feel uncomfortable. There was 2 big signs on the entrance door that stated only 3 customers inside at a time. When I walked in no one else was inside. While being helped 6 other customers came in, making it very crowded and definitely not 6 foot social distancing, but no employee said anything. She did get my package in a timely manner is about all I can positively say about my experience. Rules are there for a reason, if you aren't going to maintain standards just take the sign down. At least the expectation of safety in the middle of a pandemic can then be nonexistent from the start.

Nice place. The people at the shipping counter are very helpful and friendly. They have boxes and tape. Everything you need to ship a package. I think the prices are very reasonable also. Highly recommend. I've been there a few times and it's been a pleasant experience.
