Meineke is top notch, trustworthy, and thorough! Before making any decisions they show you videos and photos of everything they see and then tell you all about the problem. They are also accommodating and efficient. I should add that their labor costs are fair and worth every penny. When I had to get a new alternator the guys stayed until it was finished so that I could get my children to school the next day. They closed at 6 and my car rolled in around 5:00 with a nearly dead alternator. They not only called for a part delivery and received it they finished the work! Service: Brakes

Top notch! Employee went out of his way after they were closed in order to help my daughter. Upon my arrival he explained the issue, called and ordered the part from a nearby auto store, waited for us to return with it and then installed and tested the car. Incredible service and care for our needs in what could have been a major inconvenience.

Waiting area was comfortable. 1 1/2 hrs to replace 1 tpms sensor at $187 does seem a bit excessive though. I probably could have done it at home in half-hour.

I have been taking my van there for a few years to get my oil changed. I have always had good service until now, after taking my van to meineke for an oil change the next day I noticed my oil leaking heavily. So returned only for them to tell me I needed a repair that would cost me almost $1000. They began to tell me that it was a very common thing to go bad in the engine I had. That the oil housing units were not made well. Any other day I would of taken their advice and had it fixed but the high coincidence that they just changed my oil that previous day I was furious that they wouldn't allow to be seen that it was faulty error by one of their technicians. I will NO longer take my vehicle there NOR will I ever give anything but bad review of them. Service: Oil change
