Called with a flat and was told there were only 2 techs working and there were already 3 people waiting for service. I went and got tire repair done elsewhere!!

Horrible service! Lady at the front desk absolutely treated everyone extremely rudely. Go elsewhere, definitely do not recommend.

Don’t ever get your oil chance here, go to the apple glen Walmart better! First time changed my oil with them and it’s going to be my last time. They put the wrong oil filter in my car when I got my oil changed there last week… as a result to that 3 days later the car leaked the oil and the oil light came on so I had to buy oil to add, went back there later saw the employee bringing in a new filter ( I am sure it was for my car because that’s the kind my car actually takes and it was during the time my car being checked) eventually so they would cover up on their mistake, they lied to me and charged me the cost of the filter saying it was a cost for replacing the gasket!! Walmart does not replace gaskets nor they even have gaskets sold to replace it nor the price of the gasket would only be 12$ as they charged me!! So I got charged twice for the filter and I bought a 5 quarts oil that costed me 30$ And my engine could have got destroyed because of them

I've never had a bad problem at the South Walmart Auto Care Center in Fort Wayne. I can't say that about the Apple Glen Walmart. Walmart has the best every day price for oil changes.

Was very busy when I went in.they told people they were not taking anymore oil changes or tire repairs because it was so late. There was still 3 people in line for oils changes. Lol

They made me wait for about 30 minutes just to check in. I was in line they kept skipping over me just to check other people out. Then the lady tried saying I didn't pay for my tires that I had a warranty on from Decatur. Hmm how's that when they hold your keys until you pay. Anyways took them 2 hours to put on a brand new tire when my car was in the shop just sitting there. Then they talked about a woman who's making the change. Not everyone in this world is what you think they should be. Very unprofessional, as I know this woman she's my property manager and I pray she didn't hear anything. I will never go back to this Wal-Mart for anything. It was a mad House and nobody knew what was going on from one thing to the next. Maybe have one person working the registers maybe two. This was my worst experience in the Walmart tire and oil area. Service: Tires

The staff is great, it's been the same 2 people running the desk for years now. They work as quickly as possible and do a good job. I only gave 3 stars because we were charged extra because they were out of oil (not their fault) so they had to use product off the shelf. I think a discount or something is warranted in that situation. But, the staff is always great!

Do not get your oil changed here. They never add enough oil to my car no matter if you pay extra or not. On several different occasions I’ve left from getting my oil changed and had to go back because the “low oil” light would come on. I’ve also had to turn around and go back because they didn’t reset the oil change light. Honestly, they made me feel like they didn’t even change my oil, because how do you not add enough oil to a car or not reset the oil light ? I DO NOT RECOMMEND
