Dr. Richie and his staff provide professional, friendly and affordable care. Dr. Richie is the 1st vet able to treat my Frenchie Max without him being sedated. It is amazing.

I took my French Bull Dog to Dr. Richie, she was having seizures and I really was not sure she was going to make it. Dr. Richie examined her and gave her medication. Today she seems to be almost back to her old self, I never dreamed I was going to see her healthy and happy again she was so bad when I took her in. Thank you to Dr. Richie and his staff for saving my Molly!

Dr. Riche is an excellent veterinarian, he has the most excellent bed side manner for pets and humans. His staff is wonderful and the office is clean and neat. The prices are very reasonable.

Dr. Riche is a lifesaver-- not only for my cat, but for me. After having just had a horrible experience with another vet, I was in need of a second opinion, especially after that other vet gave me a preliminary pricetag of $1600 to treat my 9 year old cat, who had presented with a respiratory and ear infection. Dr. Riche had some questions about my cat's records. The other vet had a lot of incorrect information in the chart so it posed some confusion. But, Dr. Riche took his time to clarify & note the correct information. He also spent time going over all the blood results and explained everything. Dr. Riche has a great bedside manner-- with his animal patients and their humans. He never talked down to me, never doubted what I told him, and had a measure of respect when I told him I'm familiar with cat health problems. The other vet treated me like I was the stereotypical crazy cat person and Dr. Riche spoke to me like I was an intelligent human being who was pretty stressed at having received a horrible diagnosis for my cat, which he vehemently disagreed with. I feel comfortable with him. His office staff is small; it's just him, an assistant and the front desk. So, getting an appointment might take a while. But he is worth the wait. And, to make his office my #1: the prices are half what other vets charge. The assistant and front desk are also wonderful. They were attentive and most importantly: they got the information I told them correct. Thank you Crestwood Veterinary Clinic.

Professional, honest, caring, knowledgeable veternarian. My dog, Scrappy, loves Dr. Richie and runs in there for visits. I trust Dr. Richie totally and respect his opinion. Great staff. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Very caring and pleasant Dr and staff. Our dog loves to go see everyone there. They have been a great help when faced with doggie problems. Dr. Ritchie always takes the simple and best route first.

The vet was excellent, and this place was amazing!! However, the receptionist has a major attitude problem, and loves to be rude, argue, and also can't count change correctly, and then tells you "whatever" when you call her out on your change being incorrect. When I asked her what kind of cone my dog will be getting after her spay, she replied nasty with "the cone we give everyone else!" I can say that the nasty attitude and dirty looks I was given by this receptionist, made it so unpleasant and she was super unprofessional, I will not be coming back what so ever, maybe you can give her some additional training on how to be polite to your clients. Thanks you all for being amazing, it's a shame one person can ruin it for everyone though. Take care, and god bless.
