*pictures at the end* This was an extremely awful place to go. I have never been so upset over my nails. I went in today at 10:30am for a refill on my acrylic nails. Some lady put me at a table and started Filing the old stuff off & then got up and walked away for 15 minutes. Then Tina took over my nails after finishing her customer. She filed my skin many times. I asked for coffin shape & not a single nail was done correctly. The gel polish is all over my fingers. They are all different lengths. Just completely disappointed and not worth $35 at all. Please avoid this place. Services: Gel manicure, Manicures, Acrylic nails

I mean if I could do a zero I def would. Had a 10:30 appt…. Waited two hours because there’s was one person (Tina) who knew how to “do nails”. I needed an acrylic refill. First person who had no idea what she was do dremeled my acrylic all the way down to my real nail while removing my gel polish. Burned me multiple times. Tina herself didn’t even fill my nails properly & I will post pictures. They are super fat and lumpy. Totally not filed good at all and misshaped. I was so upset I left without polish because it was awful and my nails looked hideous. Ruined my entire set!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON NO MATTER WHAT. Service: Acrylic nails

A poor lady came in where I work so upset. The owner did her eyebrows and cut off half of one. I felt so bad for her. And she paid 48.00. I told her she should go back and ask for her money back.

I got a gel manicure. I picked a color and they gave me a color that was not even close! My nails looked absolutely awful. They were bumpy not smooth. I complained to her and she didn't speak English. I've been a customer there for years and I will never go back there again. I came home and called my bank and stopped payment. Don't go there especially if you have an event to attend. That place really went down hill. They lost a good customer! Service: Manicures

First time at this salon. I specifically asked over the phone if they do the ANC powder nail manicure . I was told yes. Well, they only had a handful of color samples, not even the large powder jars. And the powder product was some sort of “brand X”! The nails never dried and they look awful. Avoid this place! Never going back. Service: Manicures

I should have read the reviews before going. Had a set of gel nails done, my nails are uneven and bulky not shaped right at all! I had to come home and fix them to look somewhat normal. I just want them off they look that bad. Won’t patron this place again. Also the earlier reviews were correct about the cleanliness ....it’s dirty.

Terrible service. Called ahead for appointment. I was Left alone sitting to soak in cold water at pedi chair for 45 minutes. This was after the 25 minutes my grandma and I waited before we were even seen. My poor Grandma's nails and toes were a disaster. My skin was cut (bleeding) twice. Tried to speak to management, but no one was concerned that we were unhappy. Pedicure was so terrible I canceled my manicure and got out of there.
