I submitted a review of this establishment some 8 months ago. Time brings about a change and I understand Horizon Nails is under new management. I've been asked to rethink my review by the new owner. I cannot in good faith do so as I am no longer a patron -- but upgraded to 3 stars and "E" for effort because the owner contacted me directly. If you're in the Cresskill vicinity, please do stop in and try a mani/pedi or eye brow wax - - keep us posted and let's uplift the new owner(s)! Good luck, Horizon Nails! I've been coming here for a long time with my mom and we always leave feeling relaxed! They have great service and reasonable prices for waxing, nails, etc. We'll keep coming for as long as they'll have us 😊

Love this place! I always feel welcomed and they really make sure you’re very comfortable. They are always out to please! Very attentive. I’ve been to other local nail salons here in Cresskill, Awful and very dirty and I felt not liked. Horizon Nail Salon beats them all!

Used to be good. Had been going here for 10 yrs. I won't be going back. There has been too much turnaround. Had a pedicure today, the man who did it was sweating so profusely, he was dripping all over me. If that's not disgusting enough, he would wipe himself, get it all over his hands & not wash them or use any sanitizer. Then rub his sweat all over my legs & feet. Gross!!!! I asked him to cut my nails a certain way, instead he ignored me & talked about me in another language to his coworkers. This they do constantly. They hold conversations in their native tongue, look at the customers & laugh. Next my knee, that I've had 3 surgeries on, dislocated & locked up. After begging him to stop pushing on it, he shoved harder and I yelled out in pain. A woman comes over, "Is there a problem?" She snidely asks. Yes, he's shoving on my leg while it's dislocated & heignored my begging him to stop & wait. Oh, well, he'll be more careful. No apology, just rudeness. When I spoke to the owner James, about all of it, he made no apologies, just smiled at me as if it were all funny. There are several nail salons in Cresskill, I recommend you go elsewhere. With these unsanitary, rude & dangerous conditions, don't risk it.

DO NO BE FOOLED PEOPLE THIS PLACE IS GROSS, CHEAP, AND YOUR NAILS GET FUNGUS!!!! WORST MISTAKE I EVER DID !!! THEY ARE SOO RUDE !!!
