Worst customer service. Came up to the counter, they were too busy talking with each other. Very rude throughout the whole ordering service. When asked for a sleeve, told me that it would not fit for my grade size cup and basically threw it across and walked away. Employees definitely need extra training for customer service. AND did not make my drink as requested. Will not come back to this location.

After a very long day of work, I had a very good experience in Starbucks. Chris ( I think that was his name) was accommodating and advised me the fabulous Coffee from Rwanda. Excellent service and delicious coffee; highly recommended.

I have never had a problem at the Starbucks at the Target in Closter. The staff is ALWAYS polite, respectful, helpful, and courteous. Lacee, Channy, Kathlyn, Max, Cecil, Kim, and Courtney are the best. The ones that are rude, disrespectful, and inconsiderate are the teenagers that come in and harass the staff and give them a hard time, take up the tables, leave a mess, etc.

This store is located inside the Target. The coffee is as good as other normal Starbucks and not too crowded.
