I’ve been an active member of Destination Fitness since 2009. I started in my mid-40s with personal training and then joined the group weight training classes. The owners Kathy and Stephanie are top-notch trainers and experts in the field. Both are dedicated to providing a safe, comfortable and challenging workout no matter what your ability. They are also extremely knowledgeable in terms of helping you with eating plans and nutrition guidance for your weight loss efforts and healthy meal prep, along with coaching you each step of the way. In the time I’ve been a member, I’ve been able to successfully lose weight, maintain a consistent weight, build muscle and strength, and have fun. Guided by Stephanie or Kathy, the strength training workouts are great, and the other members are also great and supportive of each other. I love being a part of this group! ~Liz
