Weak bagels, poor service and over priced food. The only reason this place survives is it’s location. Only person working the counter while three other casually walk around d behind the counter doing whatever. No sense of customer service.

Good bagel, that's where it ends. Placed our order with a limited English employee who also spoke as if she was in a library. We ordered 3 bagels and a coffee, she wrote it down. She came back to tell me one of the bagels wasn't available and gave me options on a replacement, which I selected. Then she came back to ask if the coffee was iced or hot and I said hot. Then she wanted to know, since I ordered milk and sugar, how many sugars did we want. Then we cash out for about $13, and left. Open our bag. When we got home to find out only two bagels and a coffee. She wrote it down, how can you screw that up? Felt like we were part of the cattle call in this place and she couldn't understand me and I couldn't understand her. $13 later, we had to go to another bagel place to fill in the missing order. Not worth the trip, off the list.

I got jacked again ( ripped off ). The glass bottles of Joe Tea were $2.99, now they have plastic bottles and I guess the bar code changed and they did not update their system, so they can't scan it and just guess a price. Last time ( and I stress last time ) I got charged $4.72 for a 20 ounce bottle, exactly the same amount the glass bottles had. It's sad they have no issues taking your money with a straight face.

I’m so mad at myself for agreeing to pay $8.50 for this bagel (see photo). I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese, tomato, and bacon. He charged me for “Taylor ham and cheese $7.99 add tomato $0.50” and I said, it’s just bacon and tomato added he said “it’s the same price” 🤯 literally the biggest rip off for a bagel place and the bagels aren’t even noteworthy, they’re average at best. Also they’re SO stingy with the cream cheese and other ingredients it’s insane. The bagel I received was worth $3.50 with the amount of bacon, one slice of tomato, and one small dollop of cream cheese he put on it. This place used to be so good, I’m literally never returning because I’d rather spend my money on quality, fair priced food. So disappointing.

Was in a rush and stopped for sandwiches. They were good, but I was expecting better quality for a 12.99 sandwich and better quality sides. The macaroni salad wasn't that great. But overall a good place for sandwiches and some fresh bagels.

Fast service, coffee was hot, even though I came in off busy hours. They also marked the different coffees so getting the right coffee to the right crew member was important. Bagels were fresh and toasted perfectly. Staff is courteous and friendly. Will definitely be coming back.

Great bagels and great salads. However i ordered a small egg salad today and was charged $7.35. Not sure if this is accurate or they're just guessing at the price, because you can't read the sticker at all. I'm not sure which is worse. On top of that the egg salad was not good. For that price I would have at least liked to enjoy it. I'll be sticking to the bagels from now on.

Haven't tried their bagels, but I did try the chopped salad. It's not the best salad out there but it's nice and I liked the fact that you could choose exactly what to put in there and the make it right in front of you. What I didn't like in this place was the plastics, if you are getting a salad it comes on this one-time use plastic container which probably why I would not go there again.

Made a quick stop for a bagel lox & a sandwich with my fiance & it was delicious! Fresh baked bagel & bread! We also got the Godfather special & it was just perfect! I love all the options that they have & they make it right on the spot! Definitely will stop by again!
