I ordered the maple bacon sandwich and it was cold in the middle. As far as the coffee I told them light and sweet and somehow they managed the screw that up. They need to stop hiring kids and hire people That know what they’re doing.

This dunkin has the worst service I’ve ever experienced. The food is never made correctly, half of the time they will not include your entire order in the bag, and the lady that works the drive thru is usually in a terrible mood, so come eat here!!

Ordered a bagel with cream cheese, got a bagel that looked like it was ripped apart, barely any cream cheese, no jelly, got attitude when I complained. Never coming back to this location

I received the wrong change, and there’s a big pothole right in front of where you order. Worst Dunkin’ Donuts in my area, pay the workers a little better, so at least they have some motivation to work.

I ordered a sandwich with no cheese as I have an allergy. The person taking the order repeated the no cheese order. I pulled away and realized they had put cheese on the sandwich.This has happened numerous times in the past and I had stopped going to this location due to the orders be filled incorrectly. I was dumb enough to give them another shot. I called the direct number and no answer. I then called corporate and after explaining the situation they advised that they would have the owner call me within 48 hours. Dunkin had all of my information from past complaints to them. The resolution from the owner was a form email with no specifics to my complaint but offered to make a new sandwich. They named two people to see and one of them took and made the order. This location is so poorly run I am amazed it is still open. Google needs to upgrade there system and allow less than 1 star.

I guess dunkins been having some problems getting people to work. The lady did tell me she'll be with and she was busy filling drive thru orders(of course). It did take her 15 minutes to get to me and it wasn't even her. Luckily an employee was coming back from a bathroom break. Then I understand it does take like 10 mins to make the sandwiches, so I was cool. But the majority of customers would be upset or leave before ordering. I feel bad cause I have some compassion for the workers. But it's getting worse not better. It seems like a constant grind. Thanks guys...

Always a 15-20 minute line. Always reuse espresso grinds. As someone who drinks my espresso black with an extra shot...I know when it is watered down or grinds are reused. When I ask for it to be fixed it is extremely unprofessional and inexcusable to ask me if I understand my order. Of course I understand my order! I ordered it. Never seems to be a problem at any other DD branch besides this one. Save yourself a headache and avoid this location.

Sadly this used to be my favorite dunkin and over the last few months it has completely gone down the tubes. It takes forever to order, the order is always wrong, the coffee tastes awful and the Bagels and sandwiches are always dripping from the melted butter or cream cheese or are burned. The service used to be fast and friendly and the food perfect, I am not sure what has changed but I will never go back!

Everytime I come here the food is not cooked properly. Always taste frozen or cold. The drinks are mostly milk with a little bit of coffee. The employees look like they don’t want to be there and could care less how they make your drink. Over all this dunkin has never given me anything consistent besides doughnuts. I hate coming here and you never know what your gonna get. Definitely one of the worst dunkin I’ve ever been too
