Absolutely disgusting customer service. The representatives and manager are completely incapable of understanding or explaining what’s going on. We added a line and were told a million lies about how the first few bill cycles will be all credited, so nothing out of pocket. The person inputting the trade in details, entered the wrong model and serial number which resulted in the trade in value to fall by $140, which we would have received as credit upfront. Instead of apologizing for his staff’s mistake, the manager, Shak was unabashedly argumentative and rude. I regret adding my family lines to T-Mobile if this is the kind of service they provide.

Staff was nice, but their phones are locked with anti-theft devices that make it impossible to actually hold the phone and determine its weight. Absolutely awful design. They also didn't have the S21 Ultra on display, despite telling me by phone that they did.

we recently went into T-Mobile for buy a charger. walked out with 3 new phones. The techs who worked here were exceptional and were so patient. The customer service was fantastic. Thank you to Shak and Habil for all the help you gave us.

Thank you so much Mohammad and Jorge!!!! I brought in a really old iPhone 8 that didn’t work. It was very slow. I mean it had a 10 second delay after hitting any button. My phone was in such horrible shape that we had to upgrade the storage, back up the phone, update the processing system all before the info could be transferred to my new phone. I am not technological AT ALL. All of those steps sounded like a different language to me, so I started crying in frustration. Jorge and Mohammad told me not to worry, they’d take care of everything AND THEY DID! They told me to come back in two hours…. Mohammad and Jorge got it done! I went there in regards to getting a new screen protector via a protection plan not only was everybody on their phone and ignoring me as I’m standing there in person for about 5 to 10 minutes but then the individual who helped me was not helpful and gave me incorrect information. He said I was not listed on the plan. I went outside called t-mobile and the woman on the phone said yes you are then had to tell these people I am listed. Very dissatisfied with the bad taste left in my mouth after leaving the store. Will not go back. Fair lawn is much nicer
