I heard about this place from a friend who bought a MS261 from one of the owners, Bobby. He was very pleased with his purchase from beginning to end and recommended me here. I called Bobby and he talked to me on the phone like I was his friend of 20 years. I went in today and he brought out 2 MS461's to show me and let me handle, he also took alot of time out to explain different things to me about the saw. Needless to say, I bought the 461 and gained a "go-to" small engine/ equipment shop for all of my future needs. Go to Fremgen's, you will not be disappointed.

Under no circumstances should you consider going here unless you want extremely unprofessional service or to be ripped off by con artists. This business must be run by clowns that are only concerned with making a dollar and not providing a service. This is a genuine honest review and not a retaliation post. I deeply regret going to this business. Dont make the same mistake I did, go elsewhere.

I've been dealing with Fremgen's for the better part of 20 years now. From the moment you walk in the door you realize you're in the right place. The immediate friendly "Hello!" to the vast display of quality products are impressive and once you get to what you are looking for, you get a show and tell of the product they professionally feel you will be suited best with. Once you get into the meat and potatoes of owning one of the fine pieces of equipment they sell you get a lesson on how to use it, how to mix the fuel and a basic safety lesson as well. Bob and Michael take the time to make it much more than a purchase. It's an experience and it lasts for years, in my case decades beyond the initial purchase. At some point if and when maintenance is needed you won't find more knowledgeable people to guide you in the proper direction. You'll be hard-pressed to find a part that isn't readily in stock and if it's beyond your capabilities, fear not...they are consummate professionals and can do it for you at a very reasonable cost. I look forward to my visits to Fremgen's, 5 stars simply aren't enough to rate them.
