Omg! The worst Dunkin’ experience ever!! I make the simple order once coffee with two pumps of simple syrup and cream, easy and simple . I have to explain few minutes and still get it wrong and the staff with short hair middle age with the glass was scream at the store “ because you’re on the phone , you did not said cream!” I am like what is wrong with her first of all I am very sure I said cream ! Second how is it reflecting your store when one of your staff screamed in front desk!! Omg! Good product but poor employee training

Beautiful store. Nice selection. Horrible staff. Walked in and staff were all sitting on crates and on their phones. Had a question about what kind of munchkins were available. One staff member didn't hear me while busy. The rest of the staff were too engrossed in their phones to reply as we said "Excuse me!" This place would be great if it had staff who were interested in helping customers.

I enjoyed my drink but the people working there were not very attentive to customers. Too busy speaking loudly to each other in another language. Felt sorry for the poor girl working with them who obviously did not know what they were saying either.

Stopped by for 2 doughnuts. Smaller portion! Not surprised! My (Boston Creme) didn’t have any creme! Done with DD!!

Once they added the nitro cold brew, I began ordering that about 2x per week. Unless you order the nitro cold brew WITH cold foam (totally separate menu item which costs more) it comes black (as almost all coffee does)... until my last visit. During my last visit, I watched as they added cold foam to my drink and called out my order. I explained that I didn't order it with the added foam from the can, which is too sweet for me. Instead of just making me another coffee, the manager came over to gaslight me by explaining that the nitro cold brew "always has a little" cold foam in it and "apologized." I couldn't drink the coffee as it was too sweet and threw it out, but don't worry, I was fired up enough from being told I don't know what I've been drinking for months that the caffeine wasn't necessary. I can't wrap my brain around that level of customer service, so I will never give this location my business again, and I truly hope they close down so something better can move in.

Ordered Large iced matcha latte & 2 avocado toasts with bacon. Spent $15 only to receive a medium matcha and 2 avocado toasts. Highly upsetting. However the drive thru lady was nice and the matcha was delicious. They just need to pay a little more attention.

We went through the drive through around 2 00pm, no one was ahead of us. The order was a large Americano coffee with a straw, egg white/veggie egg bites and avocado toast. We received them in a timely manner, however, no straw, no fork. We asked for the straw and fork and they went to get them for us. Also, no napkins were given. Napkins in a drive through should be like a cup for your coffee...you automatically get them!

They have never once gotten my order right. I thought it was at first, because they had just opened, and they were still working out the kinks. So I stopped going there for a while even though it's literally down the street from my office building. But now it's 6 months later. I went inside to avoid a mixup at the drivethru. I placed my order sausage, egg and cheese on an english muffin and a large iced coffee with cream. The woman preparing food handed me a bag that said egg and cheese croissant. I showed her my receipt. Another woman came over and said this isn't yours. A few minutes later they handed me another bag (correctly labeled), and my iced coffee. When I got back to the office, I realized that they put sugar in the coffee and I received an egg and cheese on a croissant. As stated this is not the first time. Go to the DD on Kings Hwy. Save yourself the disappointment.

I normally don’t do this, but I feel I need to report an issue. So, I’ve been going to this dunkin for years and received quality service. As of late there has been a dramatic DROP in the level of customer service here at this location. I’m not sure if I offended someone there at the establishment, but I’ve been treated poorly for the past few visits. Starting with ordering and having to wait for whatever odd reason as I see others who have ordered after me receive their orders. I understand if I order a large order it will take a min. But a coffee shouldn’t take longer than others who have order after me. As well as my order going from a great tasting coffee that I enjoyed to start my day. To having to doctor it up myself (which ok no one is perfect) to the lever of respect when I person says thank you. The least you can do is say “you’re welcome” it’s one particular woman there. Extremely rude. I don’t think I will be visiting this location any more. If you don’t want to be treated like I was I don’t think you should visit this location either. There are other Dunkins in the immediate area that will give you way better / quality service that you would expect when visiting a business. I hope they turn things around there because I really have had it with the disrespect.
