Staff here are very nice!! Did their notary and mailing service which was excellent. I had to wait for my husband to get a money order from Kroger and they offered me to sit and a bottle of water.

Rip off: Worst service. I was there this morning for 13 documents scan and 4 photocopies and the owner charged me $ 16 for that. I will never go there again. Fedex at 96 th street would be much better option and service.

Guy was rude! I had called to ask to change my fingerprint appointment. He said I could come in anytime before 6. I show up at 2. No one is on the store. He tells me that he can't do my fingerprints until 3. Then he proceeds to tell me that I need to find someplace to wash my hands. This rude employee must not realize some people work hard for a living and my hands had been washed! Would not recommend or ever go back!

Absolutely awful. We made a reservation for a U-Haul truck with them but they didn't have the truck for us. There were multiple other people there with reservations which couldn't be fulfilled. Apparently they only have one truck & will take multiple conflicting reservations for it. They did not let us know ahead of time, but only told us when we got there to pick it up. Terrible service.

Terrible customer service and refused to see a woman with a medical condition and couldn’t wear a mask, lost my business. American disability act I would think would protect people from this, owner was nasty with the woman, who tried to show him the ADA document.

The two who run this place are the kindest people! You can tell they do their absolute best to provide the best service possible. I love coming here! As for shipping, they offer FedEx, UPS, and USPS. It's great because you can compare rates without driving to multiple stores. They also have notary and other services. As for wait times, there's rarely a line.

I’ve had nothing but outstanding experiences at Postal Annex. The owners are exceptionally nice and helpful. They went above an beyond helping to track a returned item. I also use them for printing and again have had great experiences. I would highly recommend supporting this locally owned business in Fishers!
