I was in the store trying to get spoilt for over ten minutes. No one assisted nor greeted me. Then the girl says if you want balloons there’s to hour wait. You could have said that when I walked in. I was in the balloon section the entire time do you watched me. As I left the young girl chuckled and said have a good day. This store is being ran by unprofessional kids!

purchased two balloons from another store to be blown up at another. 4 girls stood there with straight faces and said it’s 2 hours blow them up. All while they stood there doing absolutely nothing. Useless and worthless. Save yourself a trip and don’t even bother going in!

On the expensive side for balloons but worth it. My go to spot for all things party related. They have a plethora of items and what you need for any accession. Staff was friendly and the remodel looked great

This is not as much for me but more for my wife and daughter. This place is the ultimate candy store for them. And yea, it is a candy store for real. I want to add some pictures when my daughter gets her party set up. It's a cast party for the current play she is in. She likes to give the cast an authentic Irish dinner. Party City was the first place she thought of. It's her "go to" store for her party and dinner needs....Just add food....Everyone was pleasant and helpful. And the folks inside are pleasant as well. Not too many angry biker gangs are buying party napkins.

The items I purchased were great, but we did have some issues. First, my credit/debit card was double charged. I called and they did explain how their system works and it was fixed, but it shouldn't work that way. Basically, helium balloons have to be charged separately. Either way, they need to make some serious changes to their website. The main issue is the search feature. It does not work well at all. The other issue was with the helium balloons I bought. I didn't see how to note I wanted weights for the helium balloons so I called about it. Unfortunately, when my daughter picked up the items curbside, which did work well, there were no weights on the helium balloons. Part of it is my fault because I should have told my daughter to check the order more carefully. Now I have to figure out how I'm going to get over there before the ambulance gets here with my son, who's been in the hospital for two months! Plus, I'm handicap and no longer drive so I don't see how I'm going to get that taken care of before he gets home. I am happy with the products I bought, I just wish I had not had so many issues. I spent $56 on 18 balloons (2 helium and 16 13-inch letter balloons). You would think for that much money I could have received two weights for the helium balloons and the letter balloons could have been filled with air.

Great party city location. The staff is kind and efficient. I always love coming and getting some candy and shopping for basic party needs. You can get all you need for a party here for great prices. They were well stocked for Halloween too, but that goes fast!

They only had one animated Halloween decoration. That was a little disappointing. But, I do love the decor there! I'm a huge fan of Halloween! The girl who helped us was super sweet! I think her name was Maia. I recommend checking it out if you enjoy decorating for the holiday.

Getting balloon bouquets together is not an easy task. It takes going a couple of times to get use to. This place really helps the process. Summer had a great 1st birthday party and loved her Seasme Street part supplies and especially her hat. A week later the balloons are still floating.
