I like that you get to watch the work be performed and they go out of their way to show you that the work is being performed. They took good care of my wife while we were down here in the hospital and I couldn’t change the oil my self. They have the best value I’ve seen for the money with all that they do to your vehicle as well. Besides waiting in line because they are busy, they are fast, prompt and once you are in it takes 15-20 minutes and you are gone which is extremely fast. Highly recommend.

Excellent service!!! Definitely get there early. The guys working this particular shop are straight from the 500 pit crew. Tamien was the young man who helped Service my vehicle and he was fantastic. Ethan was his trainee, but worked and fit in as though he has been doing this type of work his entire life. There are no pushy “upsells” here. This crew works hard and efficiently to ensure each and every vehicle is suitable for driving. My hats off to this crew! Thank you!

I drive an Audi and changing the oil is different that American made cars. My skid plate underneath was not put back on correctly causing the front of my car underneath to get scraped and broke. I’d like to think the manager Logan for fixing it. All the mechanics at this location are great I highly recommend getting your oil changed here or any other service that you might need that they offer. Service: Oil change

So, I buy a Groupon that gives me a nice discount over the oil change. I get there, scan the groupon. They offer me a tire rotation that I accept. When it is time to check out they say the groupon was for a different type of oil and there is a price difference. Well, did you not scan the groupon to start with? Well, at the end they charged me full price of the oil and gave me a credit that was less than my groupon value. In sum, I thought I purchased a discount and got a marked up price instead. I would have paid much less if I had not gone through the work! And they have those signs saying you save 30%-50% versus the dealers. Ha! Service: Oil change

Previous: Not sure where to even start. I waited 30 minutes this morning for an oil change, no big deal that was consistent with the advertised 15 minutes and I had two cars in front. When I got inside I asked for a price on full synthetic, because I could not find one online, ignoring my question the lady serving me asked my name. I said I wanted a price first and she became aggitated, "I need to input your name to give you a price!" First, that's weird and shouldn't be required to answer a question about price. Once given the price I was told the receipt for the service would be emailed, it was not, I still don't have it. I asked for my other systems to be left alone and just for the oil change, (I service the rest of the vehicle myself). Again I was given a hard time about that. The technicians performing the oil change were both fast and efficient and I don't have a complaint there. Treating people with dignity and respect goes a long way, and today this did not happen.

Omg today's visit might be are last. 2 cars in front of each bay. So we figured 30 40 minutes. No 1hr 40 minutes. Fully staffed from what I could see. 7 employees up top. No since of urgency. Asked us at least 5 or 6 add on services. When finally finished as we were leaving we noticed the underneath car cover was not fully attached.

You know what, these guys are great. Friendlier than you’d think. Fast. Did a wheel rotation and the oil change. Car burn oil fast? They have a free top off program. Heck, my car is a 2022 and still burns a little oil!

Friendly, courteous, hard-working, and knowledgeable. Oil change took about 15 minutes while I waited in my car. First time I’ve been there was today and I will definitely be back.
